This is a piece of junk. Don't buy. Opened it up, put brand new batteries in it and it didn't work. The motor would work if I pull the head off. But what good is that

The trimmer works well but you must handle it carefully. It slipped out of my hand and the neck broke. I tried disassembling the neck to look for the part, which is very flimsy, and it seems like I would be spending too much time figuring out how to reassembling. The part, plus shipping and tax, will probably cost near half the price of a new trimmer. I'll just look for a sturdier one.

Didn't last but 7 trims.
