COLORS - All the colors are slightly lighter than appear on the website. I already knew this from buying these at a retail stand. The shadow that appears red, is actually more of a deep purple with red accents. A special nod to the glittery gold "Celebration," and the golden/pink/peach hybrid called "Earth." Both of these colors are absolutely stunning when applied. I do not think the color difference is intended by the seller, and is more just a photography issue, as these are shimmers, so the camera is producing colors that are not quite exact. They are still pretty close.Amount - The jars look small, but the amount of shimmer powder you get in them is more than meets the eye. One jar, that I used everyday as eye shadow, lasted for almost a year.Stackable Jars - This would be the only negative thing I will say about this product. The lids can be loose and cause the user to have be very careful not to spill their contents. They are not as "user friendly" as compared to other "stackables."Uses - I first bought Bella Pierre products from a tiny stand in a Sacramento shopping mall. They demonstrated how all shimmer powders (and glitters) could be used as shadow, eye liner, lipstick or nail polish. They were not kidding. I have used my powders as all of the above with great success.Shadow - can be used as loose powder (with a nice shadow brush). It lasts all day. No need to re-apply. You can also mix it with a touch of water and turn it into a thicker shadow for evening or even costume wear. The shimmers do work well with the liquid "stay" products that are made for this type of mineral wear make-up. NOTE: You will have "fallen' bits of shimmer powder on your cheeks. Be aware of this and prepare to re-apply some foundation or wipe the cheek clean.To use as Eye Liner - follow the water method or "liquid stay" (a clear or white liquid product that you place under the shimmer to create a wet surface - you can buy this almost anywhere) - just dip the tip of your shadow brush in water, then into a small section of the powder; then outline your eyes as desired. Be careful not to use too much. I often use the back of my hand as a mini artist's palate, as I don't want to get moisture into the shimmer pot.To use as Lipstick - Just put on any clear or semi clear gloss, then using a q-tip or brush add the shimmer. You can play around with mixing the colors together, or mixing them with a glossy lipstick. (I have not tried matte.)To use as Nail Polish - put the shimmer onto a piece of plastic wrap, mix it with clear nail polish and apply to nails. Works great.Price - This is where I almost brought them down by one star. While I believe in paying for good products, Bella Pierre is priced slightly too high, even for as great a product as they make. If they knock a dollar or two off, I would give them a 5 star price review as well. UPDATE - These were on sale when I bought this stack. And this review will get the 5 stars it deserves.Shipping - Above average. Packaging was perfect. My product arrived in tact and was exactly as ordered.

This eyeshadow is absolutely amazing and totally worth the money! All of the colors can be blended on the eyelid very easily, even over my eyeshadow primer, which can sometimes make blending difficult. They are very metallic, so they make your eyes pop! Also, you can layer any color on your eyelid to the darkness that you like, less for daytime casual or more for a more dramatic effect. As the previous review says, the colors look good every time you put them on, and in any color combination. I noticed a small amount of creasing, but I'm pretty sure that's just due to the nature of my job, which is a factory where It's very physical and humid. Even so, the creasing was a lot less than most loose eyeshadow and I'm positive for normal daytime wear it wouldn't. I highly recommend this top quality eyeshadow for those, who like myself, tend to be pickier about how our make up looks!

My wife only gives it three stars because of the way it's packaged. Be aware that you unscrew the color you want out of the stack. There is no cover for the one you took out, so you must return it (you shouldn't leave it sitting on your counter uncovered). The first time I checked it out, I unscrewed one and it spilled all over my table as I didn't know it wouldn't be covered. I had to scoop it back in its little bottle. That was an immediate turnoff. So, nice try but no cigar on the packaging.

I got suckered into Bella Pierre 10 years ago by a persuasive kiosk mall dude. Wow. I'm still stalking their products and find every other eye shadow to be inferior. The thing about the colors too, is if one doesn't suit you, you can add minerals from another one in the set and mix your own shimmery soft eye shadows. They dont irritate, they are brilliant and vibrant, and most importantly, you will sparkle.

I started using Bella Pierre 2 years ago. I have now purchased the entire starter kit, three 9 stacks, and one set of 9 that is not in a stack. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these colors. I have Bella, Iris, Serenity in 9 Stack and Pandora (that is separate, not in a stack). I Absolutely LOVE all of these shadows. I apply them wet to prevent fallout. They dry quickly and last all day. They also blend beautifully! You can mix and layer the colors to get unique looks. I like that you can use these pigments for nails and lips, but I rarely take advantage of it.My ONLY complaint is with the packaging of the 9 stack. The joints loosen and don't transport well. I have to keep them in ziplock bags when traveling. When I first purchased them, one of them became unscrewed and spilled in my makeup bag while traveling. The entire inside of my make-up bag was green. I wish that they did not become loose over time. That is honestly my only complaint.

I absolutely love this stuff! Often, I just apply a little eye liner and then this glittery awesomeness! I love the colors, and just bought another set in other colors. They pair well with so many outfits and moods. If ya just want a little pizzazz, or a lot, this eye shadow is fantabulous! You can easily apply just a little, or a lot for more shimmer and sparkle!

Vibrant colors.

Definately the best eye shadow I have ordered online. I don't order makeup online often because of bad past experiences but I will continue to order this product! The packaging was secure, it arrived two days after I placed the order, and the eye shadow itself if amazing. With a little eye shadow primer it lasts all day long and doesn't crease! It's not waterproof but I don't wear makeup when going to the pool, beach or lake so it doesn't bother me at all. I prefer it not to be waterproof as it comes off nicely with minimal effort and makeup remover. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for fun colors that LAST ALL DAY!

The colours are beautiful, they can be mixed together, used as a powder, mixed with water to intensify and put into clear nail varnish. An excellent product I have used for a while, but the Amazon price is excellent! Being minerals, they are also excellent for sensitive skins.
