What a great buy!I half expected this to go terribly wrong , but great relief the size was true as claimed and it is exactly as advertised. Comes with the Stetson guarantee and you cannot go wrong with this one. Goes with most outfits, really comfortable to wear over long durations without any discomfort.

Will, definitely order a size bigger, but only after getting the refund, what follows is my experience : Going by the American physiological standards, I thought that that a medium size will fit, but it turned out to be a little too small, would prefer if the head size is mentioned, in terms of circumference, for the hat size. Will definitely have to go for a bigger one.

The black wool "Stetson Bozeman Crushable" is a good dress hat...really comfortable. The packaging could have been better / in a larger box, so the hat was not all scrunched up ! However, after a bit of effort, it eventually did retained it`s shape. The brim is softer & flatter than my other stetson hats...and is difficult to turn-up on the sides / drop-down on the front & back. I would appreciate any of these brim - shape changing suggestions.

Recommend for any cowboys & cowgirls or who wannabe!

I was looking for a hat to replace my two old Akubra ones as an every day wear, which had become too small for me. Was not prepared to pay the now eye watering price that Akubra are, some might argue, you pay for quality but every one has a budget and for quality and virtually half price of an Akubra, this Stetson fits the bill. It was only after looking on Amazon that I stumbled on this Bozeman, not available in the EU Stetson site and even better that it is made in Texas. I already have an Open Road Stetson and this one fits me better in that it comes down to my ears. My head is an awkward shape in that it is pointed but unlike my open Road which now has a little bump in the top, this Bozeman fits without having to do this. It did come slightly different to the picture in that the sides are slightly turned up, more like a cowboy hat but I will live with that for now and maybe later, I will steam the sides more to my shape. The only other thing is that the sweat band is material rather than leather, which being bald does not make it stay on so easily when the wing blows. I suppose it is made like this so you can fold it up for travel, this I do not intend to do and where as in the States, there are plenty of places to get you sweat band changed, not so here in the UK and I will have to keep looking. All in all, very pleased with this hat and thanks to Amazon for making it available from across the pond.
