Now, perhaps I am just already that healthy that the addition of this spray had nothing to improve . . . but I seriously and highly doubt that. Anyway, I was expecting at least something . . .but nothing. I would spray a little, I would spray a lot. I would let it sit under my tongue until I had a lake of salvia in my mouth and then swallow . . . nothing. I took this for multiple days in a row, where my activity was both heavy and light . . . nothing. No, now it just sits. Taste was fine, easy to use, but for me, really no point.

Easy to use, tastes good. Arrived quickly. Will continue to use for our vegan family.

Super easy and convenient

So, it's a good tasting B12, they don't all taste good. My problem with it is you have to take like four times a day or more. That's ridiculous. I tried taking it before a workout and didn't notice anything. It's designed to be "take when you need it--energy shot" sort of thing, so I would have expected some little burst of energy, like I've gotten from other B12 supplements.So, I'm not using this one anymore.

I like this spray. It’s not the tastiest but it’s decent. And I like being able to spray instead of swallowing yet another pill.My Dr told me to take B12 as I was low in it. I have since gotten my levels up. He suggested using a sublingual so this spray is a nice change.I like that this is made in the US. But I have to admit the product description copy with the oddly capitalized words and other grammar errors makes me question that. Overall it seems like a nice product though.

Work 10 - 12 hour days / 5 days a week. Dead tired at the end of a work day, causing reaction time for the drive home to be impaired. One dose and problem solved. Fully alert for a safe drive home.

This isn't the worst tasting thing. But it isn't the greatest either. Everyone pallet is different, but I get a slightly metallic taste from it. The bright red color freaks me out, I'm always afraid I'm going to get some on the carpet or my clothes. I have that kinda luck. As far as the energy boost, honestly I haven't noticed any difference in my energy.

My doctor said I needed B-12. I was told to get sublingual drops. I saw this Hypo Vitamin B12 Skin Spray and read that is suppose to work better than the drops. It sure is easy to apply. Just a couple of seconds a day of your time. I did not give it five stars for I will not know if it works until after my next blood test.
