I feel that this definitely works for me. I've been using this for the last three weeks along with intermittent fasting and I've seen a lot of changes in my body. I have no numbers to compare as far as estrogen levels just the way it makes me feel. My only complaint would be mild headaches in the beginning. Which is a complaint that other people have had. I will definitely continue to use it.

I am always extremely skeptical of supplements and more often than not, you end up paying a lot of money for expensive pee. However, this one really made me a believer. I'm on TRT, about 65mg/wk and I recently got an Estradiol test best of 52.3, which is way too high. After looking around at my options, and reading some horror stories about more direct prescription intervention I decided to DIM a try. The studies all looked pretty promising and the cost was pretty reasonable. After taking this for about a month I just got back my most recent Estradiol test and it was 28.5, smack dab in the middle of normal. I couldn't be happier with the results. Worked quick, no side effects, and did exactly what I was hoping for. If you are worried about accidently messing up your hormones with prescription AI, it's worth giving DIM a shot.

Very fit male in late 20s with perfect liver/kidney health. Ordered because my testosterone blood serum is on the lower side. I took 1 tablet/day for 2 days before dumping it in the garbage. Within 4 hours of swallowing I experienced EXTREME tinnitus (ringing in ears), very blurry vision, a piercing headache, and an incredibly painful pins-and-needles sensation across my whole body. My urine was also dark orange to a frightening degree that I have never seen before (it is normally clear and colorless, as I drink more than 2 liters of water every day). I have taken a range of medications and some supplements in my life (mental health) and I've never experienced anything remotely close to the reaction these capsules triggered. I *assume* they were tainted with some industrial toxin. I don't know what else would explain the intensity of sickness they brought on.
