This Altruvita Xanthohumol+ Skin supplement is great protection against oxidative stress induced ageing which I need with all the long stressful hours I work.These capsules are full of many wonderful ingredients such as hop extract (Humulus lupulus, standardised to 10% Xanthohumol, 0.3-0.5% phytoestrogens), rice bran, Hypromellose capsule shell, and maltodextrin.It has several therapeutic health benefits such as working as an antioxidant to protect cells from stress-induced oxidation and premature ageing as well as improving overall health.Furthermore, these are a 1 a day capsule with 60 included in a nicely designed packaging. They are suitable for vegetarian and vegans.Overall, I can’t quite comment on how effective they are yet as it is too early, but they seem to be working well, although are a bit pricey for only 2 months supply.

You’re getting 60 capsules in this container and if you stick to the recommended dosage of one daily this will last you two months. The quality of this is impressive and there are no nasties. They have used vegetarian capsules and this is a clearly marked vegan product. The capsules are of typical size and easy enough to swallow. I’m glad to be taking a reasonably high dosage of Xanthohumol that this product provides. The only reason I haven’t given it five stars is partly because of the price which seems a little bit expensive for almost £30. And also because the expiry date had actually passed by the time I had received these capsules by a few months which is disappointing. Otherwise I am happy with this product.
