Absolutely amazing. The whole family takes them now, especially when feeling off or under the weather. They work well for what oregano is used for. You will have to look it up online. I had to take it during the larger meal, eat half then take the gel cap, then eat the other half of the meal. Yes, there are oregano burps after the gel cap dissolves so keep that in mind. I found it helpful to keep mints available.
