I ordered this water filter by mistake, I was thinking of returning it but in the end I decided to use it at home because in the Atlanta area where we live last month and this month the water came out yellow and other days brown, so much so that we had to buy water bottled to drink. This filter helped us clarify the water, the only thing that does not completely remove the chlorine flavor from the water, although it helps a little, it does not remove it completely.

I have searched and reached out to the seller to find out how to find replacement filters. After some back and forth, I even asked if they could direct me toward a description for the cartridges in my search since I've tried and come up empty. The response was "Sorry, We do not sell cartridge separately." Once you use the two that are included, you're on your own. I'll be switching to Brita or Pur since I know that replacement filters are actually sold. Despite a fairly painless setup, I regret not going that direction to start with so I don't have to do it again.

I have used other purifiers and this one out performs the others. When you switch it to filtered water, you get a large solid stream of purified water. The competitors water flow seems to be quite meager compared to this one. The only knock is that the lever to switch it back and forth is not in the most favorable position and a little hard to turn. But I will stick with this brand.

This filter was delivered to us April 18, 2020 on My 3rd, 2020 broke off the faucet and can not be put back, it lasted only 15 days. We will never go back to the brand again. After 15 days we are looking all over for a new one.

The faucet filters arrived in an very unsanitary packaging setting. The filter housing looked unsanitary and filters were contaminated.

It did the job! I bought it because I found that the tap water made me feel a little bit uncomfortable when I drank it directly. After using the filter, the water taste better. I love it! It's also easy to install, good looking, and affordable. It has an additional filter inside which is very good. But one little thing I would like to have is an indicator to tell when I should change the filter.

As t does not fit, cannot be used, I shall spend time with assorted plumbing houses trying to find an adapter to make the whole thing work. Annoying!
