Grand Design Solitude 2019 Replacement
We needed a new Temp Control for our main livingroom A/C. AirXcell. Found the right one and didn't have to order from Company. Dealer didn't have them in stock and Camping World is not a Grand Design dealer so they couldn't get it. This is the one you will need.

Works like it should!
Same thermostat as was installed by Grand Design for the rear A/C unit on a 2970RL. Works and looks well mounted in the front bedroom. Dual A/C units is the way to go.

Great Thermostat
Easy to install, works great in our RV.

Defective unit
This is the second one of these that I have ordered from Amazon, both defective. The first didn't work at all. This one will not display the current temperature and it will not turn on the compressor. I have paid an installer to come out just to make sure it was installed correctly. He said it was. I live 35 miles from town so, that was not an inexpensive venture. I have ordered a completely different unit from a camper supply to replace it.

Not a good product
The screen went bizerk and would not display current temperature. Would not shut off at designated temperature. Not pleased with this unit at all. Hard to find replacement unit and apparently doesn't cross over to another brand.
