You get a big bag but there are no cooking instructions on the bag iv never made this before and am stumped on how to cook it

Product was due to expire within one month.
I bought with confidence, but I buy quite a few packs to ship abroad for charity and item was shortly due to expire. Such a shame! Please check the dates.
