Base flavor for Mexican spiced chocolate coffee creamer. So good!
Makes the best homemade Mexican spiced dark chocolate coffee creamer. Has a rich flavor & very smooth. Blends well but it does take a while to blend into heavy cream. Low heat & patience. Once you get it blended & all the spices added & a little salt & vanilla you have the best coffee creamer you've ever had. A little goes a long way. This cocoa powder is probably the best on the market. It has a rich chocolate flavor & it smells amazing. It's well worth the money. Ships quickly & package was intact I appreciate that Amazon has everything I need for my Mexican spiced chocolate coffee creamer all shipped right to my door with free shipping. Thanks Amazon.

Amazing cocoa powder
Suuuper rich and chocolate-y and absolutely delish! I got the 100% unsweetened cocoa powder to use in baked goods, mixed in with greek yogurt and fruit as a yummy treat, or blended into smoothies. And it has worked fabulously for each of those purposes. Ghirardelli is my favorite cocoa powder brand! And at this price point?? Absolutely a steal!

Decadent Cocoa
The best cocoa powder to add to your morning coffee to make a decadent mocha. We add coconut sugar as our sweetener. Truly a treat to enjoy sipping watching the sunrise!

Good product, but watch out - they shipped me 1 instead of 6.
This is good cocoa! I love cooking with it. It was fresh, smelled awesome, and tastes good in chocolate milk as well as baked goods when I don't want to use my ridiculously high end calebaut or something. I'll order it again! That said, watch the details on the shipment - I ordered what was supposed to be a pack of 6 and received 1 pouch instead. Amazon took care of rectifying the situation so it was fine, but if you're ordering a bunch of cocoa for a tight deadline, look onward.

Best baking cocoa EVER; Baking game changer
I HIGHLY recommend this baking cocoa! If you love or even like to bake, this is by far and away the BEST you can use. It's a bit pricey, but worth every cent. My husband loves red velvet cake and this takes it to the next level. I made a devil's food cake that my brother's step-son who doesn't normally like cake, absolutely loved. Another thing we do with this cocoa is add it to our cream cheese icing to make it chocolately. Dutch process is by far the best quality and you can't go wrong with this.

Rich cocoa smell, flavor and color
I like to spike hot chocolate with extra cocoa, but regular cocoa (usually Hershey's) tends to disappoint. Dutch processed cocoa has a richer flavor, richer smell, darker color, is less acidic and mixes better. Please note, if you are using this for cake, make sure to use baking powder and not baking soda since baking soda needs acidic ingredients to create lift.
