Nice puzzle. It didn't take long to complete. At least what I could complete. I was missing an edge piece. I also had an extra piece from another area. I contacted the company through Amazon. They sent me an entire new puzzle. It took almost a week to recieve the replacement. It also ment sorting through all the pieces to find the one I was missing... But at least they held up to their warranty.

There were basically 2 different pieces and 2 different sizes of puzzle pieces. So 4 different pieces. Problem is that 1/4 of any of them fit the place you are working on. So if you make a mistake it breaks the wood support in the puzzle. So when mine was at 3/4 finished, it didn’t look very nice and I decided to toss it out. It stopped being fun when I was tearing it up my puzzle.It came in a nice package and it was presented well. Instructions are in Chinese. It was easy enough to figure out without instructions.

This puzzle requires working 8 different puzzles, identified by the letters on the back of each piece (A - I), and then matching them all together. This image is especially difficult - I was ready to give up. Then a friend who loves puzzles bet me she could finish it, and she did! Perhaps earning $20 was the required incentive.

A good challenge and gives letters on the back to help. Well made and comes with a cute bag and some sort of glue but no instructions on how to use the glue.

Puzzle was missing one piece. Sent e-mail with picture showing the puzzle without the missing piece to supplier. Within 4 days, customer service replaced the piece. Good Job. Love the puzzle.

It’s a beautiful puzzle! But unfortunately we found out the hard way that it came in with a missing puzzle piece after we put it together.

Pretty- see reviews that say direction included? I didn’t get any- I know marked alphabetical on the back but which quadrants go where?

I didn't realize this was coming from China nor did I realize that all the directions would be in Chinese. This puzzle has been super fun though. There's a pattern stamped on the back of each piece with a quadrant letter to help with assembly. Great for the price as EVERY OTHER OPTION wouldn't arrive until June. My MIL was quite happy with her birthday gift.

Placed the order on Oct 8th, 2020 and received it on Dec 9th, 2020. I was really excited and looking forward to it until I open the box. There's no reference map/poster of the puzzle, and the picture in front on the box is unclear and blurry. Good thing the puzzle pieces are sturdy and decent quality. I just hope and pray there are no missing pieces.
