I typically wear a size 4-6 (S), due to reviews I went up a size, buying a medium. Putting them on was a sheer miracle, but once on, I liked the fit. Definitely a huge upgrade from prior bought sweat leggings in the past. Now we have different colors to choose from, can enjoy not feeling like the Michelin Man when I get to the gym, and still be able to get a good sweat in! Iffy: still don’t know if I can wash these leggings in the wash, didn’t even try as I was just going to don and figure out the cleaning later. If you can see the pictures and video, they show where the medium literally had me busting the seems like a can of biscuits and sweat was visible. I actually don’t mind seeing the sweat, but where there is sweat, there is a break, minus the possible pee line, because there’s is a soft fabric there, most likely for breathability. All in all I would rate it a 4 or 5, but the fact that my leggings didn’t hold up 1 gym adventure, I cannot. I’m going to try to return and get a large! Large fits so similar to the medium, but not splitting! Great quality!

This is great - really makes me sweat like ive just gotten out of the shower. Love it! I'm 5'4", 145lbs, ordered a large and the fit is good. Once i start sweating the butt/waist area gets a little loose but it still works great.

These sauna leggings are great for working out in. I wear them when I go walking and keep them on to continue to burn mainly my thighs. They are very comfortable and are easy to put on and take off. They're true to size, do not give off any odor, are light weight and worth the cost. The lining is perfect for making you sweat and suits the purpose.

Not true to size at all. I normally wear a large comfortably. I knew right away these wernt gonna work. And i was right. Couldnt get them past my knees. I am going to reorder a larger size but so far not to impressed Review update 2 weeks later. Ok got the right size for me. Wore the first pair of leggings this morning. Awesome product. Ive worn several pairs of sauna pants and not broke a sweat until the last 15 mins of a 2 hour walk. These has me getting wet after 20 mins. On that note and the reason im giveing a 4. Only wesr the black if your in public. I wore my grey ones and well thank goodness nobody was in the building or it would have been very embarrassing. After about 35 mins the outside fabric was wet and it was so embarrassingly noticable that i almost changed. I live that they look like real leggings wish the lighter colors didnt show the sweat on the outside seem to be a small design flaw. Otherwise go for it they are great

These pants actually made noise when I walked in them. You can barely pull them up because they are so sticky. I guess you do sweat in them trying to get them on, but that’s about it.

Ladies, if your looking for legging that will make you sweat and compression? These are for you!! I'm 5'3 and 290lb. I carry weight in my stomach while having thick thighs and booty. I went by my measurements and ordered a size 4x. When taking them out of the package they look like they wont fit. Looks can be deceiving!!! You have to put one leg in then the other and work them up a little at a time because of the suction to your skin. You can pull these up like regular leggings. Think more like thick opaque tights is the best way I can describe how to put them on. Once you get them up to your booty and crotch, your really going to have to adjust to fit around your folds in between your legs and booty. They are comfortable and the compression is good makes you look smooth and tight!! I went and worked out and did squats, stair climbers and walked about 45 mins. And when I say I could feel the sweat running down my legs and when I took them off the sweat was pouring on the floor!! Im very happy with these and will be ordering 2 more in the Grey and Grey cameo!! My plus size ladies, these are for you!! The stretch is good while compressing at the same time!! Don't be scared get these!! You wont be disappointed!!

Te lo súper recomiendo! Al querer ponértelo vas a sufrir! Yo lo que hice me puse un leggins y posteriormente el térmico! Te sube en un 2x3! Al hacer tu caminada sientes como te va escurriendo por tus tobillos el sudor! El leggins que llevas abajo te lo quitas empapado de sudor!

I live in Canada with canadian sizes. So I wanted sauna pants for my excercises I do at home to loose weight. I am 235lbs and so I wear xl pants and about 18-20 in pants. My belly part is bigger, my legs and butt are not that bad but they are missshapen. So you can picture my sizing and if you are like me then 4XL would fit just right. Lol it is really hard to see that number as 4xl when I wear also a bad number of XL but it is what it is when it comes to sizing of clothing from those countries. It fints well, feels very well and I am very excited in using it tomorrow when I excecise.
