Works great, but is very sensitive to a breeze. Indoors, it doesn't have that problem.

Mine version came with calibration weights, and the setup was stupid easy.Bonovision also has excellent customer service, they generously offered to replace my defected unit with another scale that was rated at an even higher accuracy free of charge just to prove that their reputation as a great company is no joke.Thank you so much again!

We bought this scale and it worked very well for 6 weeks. When it started acting strangely and not tare-ing, customer service was quick to trouble shoot the issue and replaced it.

Easy to operate and calibrate right out the box. very important is to know what voltage your region provides. the default plug included with the scale is fit for 110V . where i'm from its 240V. the suppliers contacted me immediately and shipped me the 240V plug FREE OF CHARGE ! just paid minimum fees for customs on arrival. they were very helpful and keen on getting me all set-up. As for the product itself, it has a user-friendly manual which will get you operating within a couple of minutes. just make sure you buy the item with the weights included for a standardized calibration.

Bought to measure the weight of precipitation in a rain gauge. Really wanted to like it, but after 200 or so measurements the scale started to vary too much. First I had to weigh the rain gauge components so when the precipitation was collected in he gauge, the difference was the actual weight of the precipitation. While weighing the gauge components, the scale began to vary well over the stated +/- 0.03 grams. I could live with the stated variance, but it soon increased to +/- 0.1 gram and higher. I thought I might need to re-calibrate the scale every morning (after a 30 minute warm up) using the 2kg weight, which I purchased separately, but after less than 10 uses, the variances began again. There were a lot of great reviews for this scale, but almost all the 1-star ratings mentioned the non-repeatable weights for the same item and the non-acceptability of the variances. I bought this scale to increase the accuracy over my current scale that measures to 1 gram. This product will be on its way back to Amazon tomorrow. By the way, the scale was packaged great.

I am very happy with the scale so far. I make no guarantees about the accuracy of my standard weights. This is for reference only. I made these readings with the scale taken right out of the box. I didn't do any calibrations, and don't recommend that you do either.

This is a very good scale. It has to be away from breezes, as it is so sensitive a window breeze makes the weights bounce around. Also it can’t be on a table with a slight vibration as my table did. It had (another appliance running on it). Even the vibration from that caused the scale numbers to move around. It needs to be in a solid table away from these things, and then it works perfectly! I use it a lot and am very with with it.

5000gのはかりを講入し、2000gの分銅で校正後、10mg～1000gの分銅を使用して表示される数字を確認したところ、50mg～1000gの分銅で非常に正確な数値を叩き出しました。びっくりです。なお、10mg、20mg、そして20mg×2の板状分銅を載せた時は「0.00g」と表示されましたが、5000gのはかりで50mg未満の重さのものを量ること自体がナンセンスですね。ちなみに、10gと10mgの分銅を載せた時はちゃんと「10.01g」と表示されました。また、説明書には、校正用分銅(2000g)が重すぎるため、輸送中にはかりに損傷を与える可能性があり、校正用分銅が付属されていないと記載されていますが、別送で校正用分銅をできるだけ格安で提供していただけるサービスを選択できるようにしていただきたいと要望したところ、即日、社内調整をされて、ほぼ1週間でM1等級の2000g校正分銅がアマゾンで販売開始されました。素晴らしい企業風土だと感じました。

The media could not be loaded.  It’s a good scale but why do the numbers wander around in the 100ths place or even in the tenths place. It seems its not so stable. I did pit the calibration weights o. It and then pressed calibrate. Not sure if I did it right. Is there any other way to stabalize it better ?
