Cub Cadet 942-05056A Mower Blades 3 PK

Would give zero stars if I could for FALSE ADVERTISING. These are not OEM Cub Cadet blades. Seller should be banned from Amazon.

I guess if you were mowing golf courses or manicured lawns they would be okay but I am mowing several acres of land. In two mowings these blades were beat to heck. I just changed to heavy duty blades.

I think this blade is equal to the OEM blade. However, it was advertised as a "Cub Cadet" brand blade but showed up as a "Copperhead" blades. Otherwise, I don't see any difference. I returned the first set I ordered because of that fact at the advice of the Amazon Rep that I spoke with because she stated that it might have been shipped wrong. The second set came the same way, I made all of the measurements with my calipers and found them to be the same. I decided to give them a try and they have held up well through 3 mowings of 3/4 acre lot. I believe the ad should be changed to reflect the difference in name.

Much better than factory blades that came on my zero turn. The factory blades didn't last for 3 months and that's only cutting Once a week . The replacement blades have now been on for the second cutting season . Other than taking them out to sharpen and balancing they are almost like New . And the customer service from this seller is fantastic .

The blade are a good fit for the mower, however they wear at an extremely high rate. Perhaps these blade companies were to harden the sweep of the blade they would be more durable.

Returned the mower to the excellent cutting it did when new. Old blades had taken a beating with nicks and dings and sharpening didn't help. New blades went on easily and cut well.

Bought these for my Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor with 54" deck. They are the exact same size as to what the tractor came with. Worked as expected.

Works as advertised.
