Looks, feels and works better than I expected.

You assume it makes you bigger but really the 3cm difference is so small you don't notice it? I' put thease in my work boots and they slide faward allot after walking, quick fix but nothing you can do

I bought these for my boots, I went for a larger size but they still wobble about in my boots, not a massive issue it it does make you worry about how it's affecting your anckles as you walk. I might have to try using in my socks insteadUpdate, just been for a walk and my feel are killing me, they don't feel natual, not that I wear them but I can imagine this is what it feels like to wear stilletoes. :)Definitely not worth the money

I haven’t been able to put my left heel to floor for nearly four years. It’s very difficult for me to tackle any standing poses in yoga. This insole is so fit for purpose and fits well under my non slip yoga socks. I can highly recommend this product.

This product is good for anyone who suffers from Achilles tendonitis.Pros: It takes the pain away from your Achilles tendon instantly. Fits inside most shoes or runners . Increases your high if that's something you want :) lol and easy to keep clean.Cons: should not be warn longer then required, as by my experience I wore it for 5 hours a day only and for 2 weeks only . Wearing it consistently for a longer period than that while reduce your calf flexible length and create other problems down the line . I wore mine first thing in the morning and remove it in the afternoon while the pain easedit might move slightly within your shoes but not by much and not all the time .oh not to forget, if you have been wearing this for a long period during the day and remove it , give your Achilles time to sort of regain normal length before doing any movement that might strain the tendon as it's been in a specific position for a whileoverall it's a great product and now I only use it if the pain is coming back and after two days including the strecthes that's needed for Achilles rehab it's very helpful , highly recommend

Support for heel

The media could not be loaded. I bought it as I have some spine misalignment due to shorter broken leg, and this one's feel way better than the ones I bought before tailored in the orthopedic shop or shoe repair shop, and for a fraction of it price!The only con is that i just need the for one foot, and thought they where "neutral" so i could use any in any foot, but that's my bad, and still I can use it in the wrong foot whithout much of an issue! Although it would be very kind if if the company would like to contact me and replace me one for the same foot!

Very comfortable and easy to wear either inside your socks or inside your shoes,I bought them because I have a disc problem in my back causing plantar fasciitis and these insoles eased my heel pain after wearing them all day ...very impressed!.
