These are good walkie talkies and the kids love them. Remember they are only walkie talkies and have restricted power. Easy to use and lots of functionality ( channels, sub channels for privacy, VOX etc ).Don’t know why the newer B models have less battery capacity and are not sold as waterproof.Only downside is the single pin mic/headphone socket. A dual pin would be more standard and give a bigger and cheaper choice of earpiece arrangement. Hence the 4 stars.Love the micro USB /telephone charger capability.

I was apprehensive about these after the last shambles I had from this supplier but I persevered. These radios are great for the price. The charging station feels sturdy not like you get with some radios where the metal connection is flimsy and brakes. The radios themselves also feel strong. The little light that you can turn on is a nice touch. Best radios we’ve purchased for work in the last five years.

The range is standard for a PMR 446. I didn't like the fixed belt clip, not as good as the spring loaded alternatives some radios have. However I loved that the buttons are locked preventing accidental settings changes. With the huge range of sub channels you can filter out other users on the same main channel as you. And the best feature has to be the alternative mini usb charging port. I charge mine at home overnight or in the car travelling to and from work leaving the main charger at the workplace.Very pleased with the overall quality and features of this radio set.

Skiing in Andorra and Austria at around 2-3000m. No issues anything under 3km range. Trust enough to give to kids as easy to lock and use. Usually charge at end of the day, with intermittent use, but could go two before charging.

Cracking set of walk-in talkies bought for my son’s birthday. Great sound quality and easy to use. Very little to dislike.

Purchased these for a retail shop for the staff to communicate. Brilliant range!! Clear sound, easy to use and overall great value.
