Ok I brought my son actual size. If u want to show off ya figure and the shape of ya body then go actual size. If you don't want to show off your physique then go up 1 or 2 sizes. These shirts seem like they were created for the slim and the muscle show offs.

This is what I expected, even better
I'm tall and lean, so I was concerned about sleeve length but overall this fits me right; tight but not form fitted across my chest and doesn't bunch or flow like a boxy cut shirt from the US.

Great quality . Fits well and looks great on my man. I wouldn't recommend drying it as it would probably shrink up. The material is great and seems breathable also.
