Horse Hair Moisturizer, 1 Qt

I caught a photo of an incredibly fantastic, healthy, shiny show mare on Facebook and messaged the owner wanting to know her secret. Just blinding bloom and shine, and wanted to know how she achieved these great results. She told me along with a great feeding program, deworming regime, she only used this product daily, and that was it!So of course I immediately ordered a bottle of the concentrate and the sprayer and started using on my show horses with the same fantastic results in just a week. Love this as a daily stable product, and I like Laser Sheen after bathing for the day of the show along with the light spray of Pepi for the show ring.I daily vacuum or brush, and then a lite mist of this product and gently brush it in with a feather touch soft brush. Reblanket or sheet, or leave without during the summer. You will get amazing results and no build up or burning of the skin as some sheen products can cause on sensitive horses. Works best on show coats or summer coats but still a great product on those who have not shed off yet and leaves them smelling fresh and clean.I will say the small spray bottle was a joke and ended up not working after just a few uses, plus it's so tiny maybe best if used at shows only and not daily stable use. I purchased the large generic "horse spray" bottles at my local Tractor Supply and use them instead. And of course you can mix up a lot more of the concentrate at one time in these larger bottles so saves you time.This is a great product I feel you will get value for your money and you will enjoy doing this for your horse.Happy Trails!

I’ve been using for about a month now and it works great! I apply generously to tail and it is helping with growth and it’s always silky. I apply to coat too for shows and it adds a nice sheen. Since it’s concentrate you mix with water into a spray bottle and it will last a long time. Definitely recommended!

I can afford any product I want, and have spent 100s on ALL of the top dollar stuff, all different brands from the $20 to the $200 a bottle. This product here exceeds them ALL 10-fold. It's an easy mix you don't need to be exact with, it lasts forever. I bought the smallest bottle to start and grooming 2 horses full time and often, it lasted me a year! One of mine has a 26-30 inch mane to deal with every day. To note, mine live outside 24/7/365, so not babying or protecting them from the world, so lots of sun and normal abuse which this handles readily. They have both been overly blessed with massive thick coiling tails as well and this zips it out easily. I just bought the quart bottle and am hoping I out-live it LOL. Don't play the brand name with the high-falutin stuff. This is way better!!

Concentrated - easily mixed in spray bottle. To prevent breakage from blanket rubbing I use this frequently. I also used when my horse rubbed a chunk of his mane out in his stall. Helps moisturize and tame the wild hairs. I also love to use it for a quick brush out of the sweat marks on his coat on days I don't want to bath. Smells good too!

I saw all the favorable reviews on here and figured that I would give this stuff a try. Glad I did! It is now the most indispensable item in my grooming kit. I use it on my horses long mane and tail which is lightly wavy and turns into dreadlocks if I let it go too long. It takes out tangles, moisturizes and smells very nice. It also protects a horse from static shock in the winter when you put the blanket on.

I’m using this product for skin flaking and trying to regrow hair. My Appaloosa has really suffered for about 2 years with thread worms and the devastation they did to his skin. This product seems to be soothing and stays on, even in rain!! I’m seeing great results!!!

I like the concentrated option to mix it how I like to. The smell is strong but a good smell. The quality of this product is outstanding! Spend the money on a quality sprayer to optimize this product. I'm hooked!
