Sharp enough to cut a week into 9 days.
Love this knife!It's long enough for me to cut a large piece of meat in one pass. BTW did I mention how sharp this thing is? I did the paper test, and the paper fell apart before I even cut it.

Decent knife handle is hard to clean. Blade had a defect due to machine sharping?? Doesn't hold an edge very long but good knife for the price!
