I used to use Alexa and digital alarm clocks all throughout middle and high school and I would constantly struggle with falling asleep after my alarm or sleeping through it. Then my mom suggested that I get a retro alarm clock with bells and I did. Not only is the color nice but it is also extremely effective. It’s so loud and piercing that I can’t stay asleep when it comes on. I also have no choice but to stand up to turn it off, getting me out of bed. I’m two months into college and I’ve been using it to get me up. I’ve only missed one morning class so far and that’s because I made the mistake of going back to sleep on a blow up bed on the ground. I almost have PTSD because of the sound now so I almost always naturally wake up a minute or so before it and jump out of bed so I do not have to hear it. Only gripes I have; when it falls the batteries come out, there is no AM and PM distinction so you have to turn off the alarm every morning and turn it on at night within 11 hours of the time you need to be up or it will go off at night, there is no way to adjust the seconds hand, I had to just pull the battery out at the 12 o clock mark and stuff it back in when the time ended with 00 again, also its hard to set an exact time, the alarm usually goes off a few minutes after the set time. Other than those things, it’s great and I’m never going back to anything digital to wake me up again.

This alarm is cute, loud, and pretty easy to set up with one double AA battery that you probably have on hand. It woke me up for school when Im notortious for sleeping in after working until the early hours of the morning. The moving hand is silent- so there is no empty ticking going off at all hours fo the day. However, some features could be improved. The backlight button does not stay on, and is only prompted when you're holding the button. So there is no way to turn it on for the entire night to view the time in the middle of the night. The hands of the clock do have two little "glow in the dark" buttons, however they are so light it is nearly impossible to get a good reading. There is also no AM/PM button for the alarm. Meaning if it is on it will go off twice a day. The only way to turn the alarm off is to switch the alarm button off. Therefore if you forget to reset it at night, it will not go off in the morning. There is also no snooze button- which can be good if you place it at a distance you have to get out of bed to turn off. Overall, this alarm clock has some quirks but does the job of getting you out of bed in the morning. It is most effective when paired with a smart phone or watch, for the reason that if you do wake up in the middle of the night you can check the time. For the price it is good, and it comes in a hanfdul of cute colors. I purchased the green option, which is a light sage.

The light doesn't stay on. It's really cute though. I think it's a good buy. Just waiting for the alarm to go off for the first time

Bruh. My husband has had a really hard time waking up lately to the point that I have to wake him up to turn his alarms off and then he still ends up oversleeping because he doesn’t get out of bed. So I made him set his phone across the room so that he would have to get out of bed. Well then he figured out he can put an AirPod in to snooze his alarm without getting out of bed. It was pissing me off because I kept being woken up on days I could be sleeping in and he’s still not even awake. So I bought this alarm and we used it for the first time this morning. I’ll tell you what, you want to wake the f*** up, spend $14 and buy this alarm and put it across the room. I’m not kidding, my husband was out of bed in less than 2 seconds to turn this thing off and then we both were AWAKE after that. Great alarm, very loud, easy to set. Would recommend.

It served its use well, although for a short time. At the beginning it was reliable, sturdy, quiet, and I loved the color a lot. After only two years though, I tried changing the battery after the arms stopped moving but nothing worked to get it to start working again. I stopped using it as an alarm about a year ago and have only been using it as a desk clock since, but still it managed to break. I hate to buy a new one as more parts are just going to go into the landfill, but unfortunately it just isn't worth it to try to take it to a clock repair shop to get it fixed. If you need this for short term use, it works, but it won't last long term. Edit: The second one only lasted a month before it stopped working even with a new battery. In my opinion, not really worth the gamble.

Der Wecker kam sehr spät an, denke aufgrund von Covid und Weihnachten. Farbe und Preis ok,wie beschrieben. Er ist tatsächlich laut und Licht funktioniert. Die Knöpfe sind dennoch sehr wackig, also vorsichtig beim Einstellen. Für unser Kind ausreichend. Danke

So my brother told me that his alarm doesn’t wake him up and anything under $100 won’t do the trick either. Fast forward a bit and I buy him this alarm. I’m a few rooms down but a week goes by and I never hear him use the alarm clock I bought him. I’m like “hey man have you tried the alarm yet?” And he’s like “You HAVNT HEARD IT!? Bro that piercing alarm scared the 💩 out of me so badly that now I wake up before the alarm just to turn it off” 😂 Moral of the story, the alarm works really well. Not as loud as I thought it would be but it’s a very piercing noise that wakes anyone up without travelling to the other bedrooms. 10/10 would buy again

This clock is perfect. It is beautiful and works well as intended. The second's hand does make a sound at night, but only just audible. I thought I would write my review with a bit of myth busting! I read in the comments that someone thought the clock was too small. It is just the right size for its purpose as a bedside table alarm clock. You would not want it to be any bigger. Another person wrote that the alarm sounded at the same time AM and PM. But the alarm setting is authentic to its time-period. On the back there is an on/off switch. When the alarm sounds of a morning, you turn it off. Before bed you turn the alarm on. Have you heard of the phrase "don't forget to set your alarm"? I only have one negative comment. Although Amazon did package the box well in a padded bag, the clock itself was not protected inside the cardboard box packed by Floittu.
