If you want longer then 20 you should prob start low on the hair , but leave enough hair so that if you pull it up it doesn’t show the tape. You could also do the 22 inch. And in terms of condition i have had mine for around 5 weeks so far, they haven’t frizzed out on me and I normally have them curled a lot. You just need to put Argon oil on them to keep them sleek and shiny and soft. Like your own hair
