I am a competitive triathlete, and a Family Physician with over 20 years of practice experience. I have had an ACL reconstruction and 3 meniscus surgeries on my left knee. Early this Spring, following a surgery, I began to experience persistent, mild swelling in my knee that limited by ability to run, cycle, and swim. I ordered this knee support, and it has been absolutely amazing! It stays in place extremely well during exercise, including swimming! It is also very thin, so I am able to wear it under clothing, including jeans. For additional compression, I will sometimes wear two sleeves of the same size, one on top of the other. This has worked SUPER well too. I have zero swelling now, I wear at least one brace all the time, including to bed. By far the most supportive, and yet least restrictive, brace I have ever seen or used. I am now back to my regular training, ALL thanks to this support sleeve. Fits perfect, extremely low priced for the high quality, super durable, does not "stretch out". I recently purchased 5 more pair to last me "forever".

The length was better - my wife has big thighs and the old one slip too much. Also, the different weave around the knee was much better. It is also easier to position than the other type of brace; and it stays in position better. However, the material seems to be stretching out right around the knee - it now has noticeable wrinkles. And the top still rolls down because of the size of her thighs. This may be unavoidable, and the bottom line is that we have the first version of the Neoalloy, and one of the kinda Y shaped braces you velcro on, and this is the one she wears.

I was stoked to see I would get 2 knee supports in this one purchase. They fit and feel amazing! I run 3-5 miles around 5 times each week now that we are in quarentine. I don't have a runners body (5'7" & 170lbs) and it has taken me a while to get to this place of distance. When I run more than 5 miles, my knees give out and I have to rest/ice them. THESE ARE AMAZING!! They feel like hugs for my knees. If you have issues with knee support, totally recommend. They stay up and don't roll down. Perfect compression.

I bought these to replace ProJoint compression sleeves which are no longer available. I measured a circumference of 16 inches and bought the medium accordingly. These sleeves provide adequate compression (but I have just started wearing them). I wear them all day under my jeans and they roll up sometimes. These sleeves need to be readjusted during the course of the day as they slip down a bit. Adequate but I will continue the search for a good replacement for the ProJoint sleeves.

FINALLY I found the perfect knee sleeves. I have tried about every single one that amazon sells and non had support or too tight on the thighs and no support at all on the knees or they kept sliding. I had acl reconstruction and meniscus repair 6 months ago and still need support as soon as I put these on they felt amazing. I’m so happy I decided to try them. Just what I was looking for. I didn’t think they would be so good because the price was too good for a pair but I love them. They are thin, pretty and feel great

Plenty of support but not too tight. Left knee is weak and these supports are wonderful. Do not know how long they will last. They appear not to maintain their support after a week or so

My daughter is a very athletic build pre-teen (wears girls 12/14 and about 95 lbs) Her legs are quite muscular. I had trouble finding an appropriately sized neoprene sleeve for her knee. I ended up buying her an adult small and it fits great! She feels like it provides support for her knee while not being too tight. She likes the length of the brace. It doesn't roll or pinch.

This product is not worth the money. When I received the product I immediately put on bad knee. Within an hour the top started rolling down like an elastic around the top of my knee. It wouldn't stay up. Maybe the size chart was wrong, but very disappointed with the quality. Sent back for refund would not recommend product.
