Vera Mona Color Switch Duo Re-fill

This is pretty nifty... it allows me to clean color off a brush and use the same brush repeatedly throughout a makeup service. If it is a vibrant color like green from the new Electric by Urban Decay, the brush will hold the green color after swirling on the Vera Mona sponge but won't transfer the green color to your skin or the next shadow choice. I have no idea how to disinfect between clients so have one lucky used it for myself. I imagine a serious soak in 99 percent alcohol after rinsing it would work....it is a cool product but the price is a bit ridiculous. It is a hard net sponge and feels similar to the hair accessories that people use to create buns. I won't buy it again for that reason alone. I can swirl my brush on a dry washcloth, my own hair accessory tool or my hand. But it is cool.

Easiest way to clean makeup brushes (not liquid foundation tho). It takes literally seconds to get one color off the brush and another one on. You just swipe your brush on this pad and it takes every bit of color off. My favorite way of easy cleaning my brushes. I can use one brush for all the different eye shadow. Love it

This actually works. I can't get over it. So if you love playing around with eyeshadows, get this! I can't afford the tin, so i bought the re-fill and put it in an old candle holder (that i cleaned) to place it in. I would definitely buy it again. Makes doing your eyeshadows a lot easier!

Cleans your makeup brushes well for in between washing. It gets all of the eye shadow, etc. off the brush. I like that the middle section can be used wet to use eye shadow for eye liner.

I got the original plus the refill. I'm not a fan. U put water in the little circle and dip ur dirty brush in it making the water dirty. Then u rub the muck around the thin black sponge and end up with a rubbed dirty wet brush. I could still rub my brush across a white towel and get product off.

How did I do makeup without this product before? Yes it's that good. I would not want to be without it.

Does exactly what it says, clears off powder shadow and gets the brush ready to be used immediately. Pretty useful!

This works so good! I didn't bother buying the tin, but the refills are such a reasonable price. Works great!

It really works. I love it, easy to wash and store.
