Written teen to teen as a first-person narrative, this is not a book about the Columbine shootings - instead, it's a story of faith, told in Rachel's own words. The book includes first person narratives, journal entries, drawings from Rachel's diary, and notes from her parents and friends at Columbine High School. Additionally, "me pages" (what makes me angry, what I'm afraid of) encourage teens to explore issues central to their lives and faith. Highlighting Rachel's faith journey from the time she became a Christian, through her joys and doubts, her hopes and dreams, this story is a triumphant testimony that teens will treasure. Review: A celebration of Rachel Joy Scott’s life - Well written, touching and with a lot of entries from Rachel’s diaries. Review: Touched my heart! - I dont know many have been impacted by her life story and the journals she used to write to God, it has deeply touched me and imapcted my life ,there was a turn around in my life and God used her story to change me,convict me and to impact me that I gave my life to christ, please read all her journals, its for all, her very life what she went through i also went through similar stuff so I could relate to her, felt like i am reading my own story through her journals..God bless all who read her books, and may many may come to a realization that we are born only for living God ,and give our lives to live and glorify him where ever we go,amen

Thank you

Bought this expecting it to be the actual diary of Rachel Scott. The book contains copies of extracts of her diaries, however, the narrative has been written by an author imagining herself as RJS. It's interesting enough as a text, but would probably not have purchased it if I had realized what it was.

What a blessing reading about this young lady has been. I pray to God that I can have the kind of faith and dedication she had to the Lord. The world needs more Rachel Joy Scotts. God bless her family for sharing her most intimate thoughts with the world, and thank God for sending an angel to this earth who though only here for such a short amount of time, has touched the hearts of millions.
