Q: The title says "mini" perlers beads. Are these smaller than normal perler beads?

Yes, they are much smaller. I would suggest the tweezers if you try the smaller ones. They can also be a challenge to iron. I would say these are for advanced Perlerites.

Q: Does this include a pegboard and/or ironing paper?

As far as I know ,because I did not open the package, it only includes the beads. 8000, 8 different colors.

Q: Does this kit come with a string or a wire?

I ordered one of these and I did not come with any string or wire.
