Work great over disposables if your having issues with leaks.
We purchased these for our 14 year old son who has CP and developmental delays. We put these on over his Depends style containment briefs everyday because every kind of disposable depends style briefs he wears leak slightly on the side do to his "mister business" having a mind of its own LOL!. They work great so now he doesn't have to change his pants or shorts mid day like he had to before.

Perfect fit.
They fit my son perfect. He is 12yrs old. Autistic and non verbal. He is 5ft 6in but very slim. But the largest disposable swim diaper can't be used anymore. My son's a water kid. He swims all summer. We are going on a cruise in 2 weeks. So we get to try them out.
