Great quality. PME a company I trust
Need a large cake smoother for a 1/2 sheet cake and this one did the trick. PME is always a great choice. Very study, large size stainless steel which helps smooth out my buttercream and give me the sharp edges to my cake. Highly recommended

I like this because it is more hygienic than a bamboo board. The only drawback is the ease of picking it up off the counter and potential dulling of knives.
