Avery Sticker Project Paper, 8.5" x 11", Clear, Pack of 10 (4383)

I use these stickers with a color HP All-in-One DeskJet 2110, which is a very cheap printer. I bought the stickers for making my own logo mugs. I wanted something that would look good and not easily peel off. These stickers work well for that.The colors look great on these stickers. The labels are definitely transparent so in order to use them on dark colored mugs, I did a search for Avery templates. What I found was a black background template on the Avery website. I used that for all of my dark mugs and the images look great. There is no bleed through because the colored ink is ON TOP OF the black background (and no, I don't know how this works, but it does). I didn't see any other colored backgrounds, but I'm betting these templates can be made by making an entire Word doc background that color and then pasting your image on top of it. That's just a theory, though, since I'm not sure how the black Avery background was created.Another thing I like is how the edges of the stickers nearly disappear on my mugs. You almost can't see where the edges are. And that makes them harder to remove. I would not, however, trust these stickers in a dishwasher or even with hard hand washing. In other words, I plan to be careful with them as far as moisture is concerned.My logos have gold, blue, gray, purple, and even white in them. If I have a complaint, it's that the ink runs until you let it set for a while on this particular paper. The Epson sticker paper seems to dry much faster or maybe not run at all. Just don't touch the ink right away and it should be fine.But I am very pleased with these stickers over all.

I ordered these stickers to use for a Halloween costume decorations. They are easy to use and the overall concept is great, BUT - and this one is big... they rub off and will not last on anything that you have to touch or rub against another object.If all you are doing is decorating or labeling something that will remain isolated, these will work wonderfully. If it is something that you handle on a regular basis, expect it to be rubbed off. I solved this problem by placing a piece of clear packing tape over the stickers I made, which helps, but is a flaw of the original design of these stickers.After my first test, I thought maybe allowing these to dry for a while before attempting to put these stickers on would help... and it did somewhat, but eventually the stickers rubbed and smeared off within a couple hours.When applying these, I suggest using wax paper to press on so that you don't handle them with your bare hands. Place clear packing tape over stickers once applied to keep from rubbing them off and to help the stickers actually stick to object.

Full sheets of clear sticker paper have many uses in my world. Avery inkjet prints very well with my Canon printer. It doesn't always stay adhered to some surfaces so I use a glue stick that dries clear for additional adhesive. It does appear to have a 'shelf life' as I have had a package that curled and came unglued from the removable backing.

These stickers are definitely not clear. They have a slight frost to them. They worked fine for my purposes (I was putting them on something white) but if you're looking for something clear for a dark surface, this really isn't it. Four stars because they worked great for me but they really aren't clear.

Easy to print, easy to cut and seem to be sticking well so far. Not crystal clear more of a frosted look but exactly what I was looking for.

This stuff works good, I like it, But I don't use it on a regular basis so I don't have a lot of call or experience with it. But the 2 items I did use it for worked great.

I bought this project paper for use on a vinyl sign. The printed images looked good and the paper adhered well at first but began to peel at the edges after a couple of weeks. The Clear Avery Sticker Project Paper is fine for short term use but I cannot recommend it for more permanent applications on flexibly vinyl. I used the White Avery Sticker Project Paper for another project and it worked well and seems very durable on a hard flat surface.

They are not really transparent, they are frosted white. I have only tried sticking it to glass and it did not stick, within an hour it came off the glass.
