Perfect size replacement
Our trampoline was lifted by a strong dirt devil and thrown into our trees. We had just replaced the the net and blue mat and it looked great but unfortunately the wind did damage some of the poles. I ordered one pole because they are pricey so I replaced the worst one. Pole came in two pieces and did not have screws to attach or blue cap at top but it did the job to hold up net with an old existing cap. The other poles will do for now. Not perfect but good.

Too big and it says “not eligible for service”
I can’t exchange this item and it says not eligible for service. I just wanted my son to be able to use his trampoline but now what a waste of money and time. I can’t even exchange it or talk to CS. Ridiculous! ZERO STARS!!!

Worked out perfectly! We had our trampoline supports get damaged in a windstorm. This replacement made a quick to fix it and get back into operation for the kids! Highly recommend

Doesn’t fit
I waited for the weather to break to go out and fix our cracked pole. Not knowing this isn’t the true piece that matches the trampoline. Now I’m out of the money. Super unsatisfied
