So cute, true to size I just can’t figure out how to hook them properly ..not too high of a heel will wear in two days for my wedding. I have it hooked wrong in the picture. Follow the arrow and hook around the top and it will look like the advertised picture ..got so many compliments and it even came with extra beading material and glue just in case but nothing fell off!

i loved the strap once i figured it out see my pics for how to fasten it. they are very well made. im usually a size 8. i got the 9m size 41 size expecting them to run small. i would say go 1/2 size bigger not a whole size. HOWEVER i can wear and walk in the size 9 due to the strap around the ankle. i got white and they are white but a shade darker than the bright white of my gown. totally ok with it cause they really are stunning

I was impressed that these came with a couple pieces to go inside the shoes for extra comfort at the balls of the feet and Achilles tendons. They also came with a few extra flowers with pearls just in case any fell off, which they did not. Perfect height. So beautiful. They did hurt my feet, I knew they would and knew I wouldn't be in them long, and I have a bunion so I expected that to happen... not the shoe's fault. I'm very happy I wore these.

They do not latch around your ankle like a normal heel. The strap doesn't operate like a belt, but like a clasp (that i still haven't had the down time to figure out but it lead to one pain in the ass evening of them slipping off my feet. No instructions on how to hook them just surprise and confusion. I'm sure i'll sort it out, but other than that.....needlessly complicated way of doing the straps.... these shoes were so gosh darn gorgeous. And for a great price too. Fits as expected, really truly lovely.

The shoes themselves are gorgeous and perfect for what I need them for. Though I do agree with others in that I find the clasp to be a bit confusing. It doesn't buckle in a traditional sense and I feel at times that the strap might pop right out of the hook that I place it in. I'm still playing with it to figure it out.

I bought these for my upcoming wedding, and didn't want to risk getting them dirty, so I tried them on, walked a few steps, thought it was wobbly because of carpeting, and put them back in the box. My wedding was Saturday, (the day after return eligibility, so I am STUCK with them), and I made it literally down the steps in my outdoor wedding, nearly broke my ankle when the left shoe rolled out, and then wore a borrowed pair of flip flops to the reception. I was O DISAPPOINTED! The shoes are pretty, and well made, and comfortable EXCEPT for the DEFECTIVE HEEL on the LEFT SHOE OF THIS PAIR. I would order from them again, but I WILL be certain to check heel alignment in the future. Bummed I didn't get to wear these. :-(

These are so pretty for the price. I ordered two pairs in different sizes. I definitely recommend ordering a half size down. The flowers and beads are glued on not sewn so one bead had already fallen off just while trying on the shoes but it comes with extra flowers and beads that are easy to glue on. Also came with cushion inserts. I LOVE that the buckle on the strap is a hook that just looks like a buckle. I'm a little chubby and it makes my life so much easier getting the shoes on haha.

I purchased size 35 because I’m normally a size 5 or 5.5 but this fits a size bigger. So I would purchase a size smaller.
