This is one supplement that really works for me. This has had unexpected benefits. I have been taking magnesium supplements for years and assumed they would be doing something good for me at the cellular level as I was not experiencing any noticeable effects. However I have been taking Dr Dean's remag for about 4 months now and the effects on my well being are amazing. Dr Dean's remag is of a picometer size so the magnesium gets into the cells. I have tried multiple supplements of many kinds over the years and they did nothing for me. Using remag, my mood is amazing, my energy levels are really good and my sleep is improving. I feel awake and my aging brain is working well. I am passed the placebo window and continue to experience good effects from Dr Dean's remag. I am not saying everyone will experience the kind of benefits I am experiencing but the price is equivalent to other good oral magnesium supplements and I highly recommend folks trying it. I do take more then the recommended dosage and I am experiencing no ill side effects. I am about to empty my cupboard of all other supplements that I have bought in the hopes they would help improve my wellbeing.

Ignore the 5 stars, as they don’t seem to surface many 1-3 star reviews upfront. I felt very unwell using this - back pain / pain around the kidneys etc… felt very week and pounding heartbeats in the morning, when I had taken the day before.I can’t return it, so it’s down the drain. If you look at other 1-3 star reviews, they mention this contains lead - above the safety levels the FDA (US regulatory body) recommend. I wish I had seen this when I was purchasing, I only spotted it when I had these side effects and wondered if anyone else experienced the same, and when looking at the reviews they did.I hoped this would help me, for my migraines, as it was slightly cheaper than the other liquid magnesium I have been using with great success. I’ll go back to my nano magnesium extra strong. Sometimes paying a bit extra is really worth it.For the short time I took it at the very small dose, my migraines were the worst I have had in over a year, so it’s just not for me.

Very efficient

I dislike having to measure the water and add the magnesium which is not so easy as tablets. One of my clients said that would preclude her from using it.I was already on a high dose of my Bio Magnesium from Cytoplan, my suspicion is that I lowered this dose too quickly as I ended up with considerable cramp in my leg and went back to taking half the dose of Bio Magnesium to repair that cramp.I need to re - read The Magnesium Miracle by Carolyn Dean and checkout my correct dosage.However, on the plus side, my pain from Fibromyalgia is decreasing at a satisfying rate. I look brighter and feel less tired overall. I felt immediate relief on the first day and this seems to be still improving. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks now and I think it will take a little while to really fully support my magnesium needs. I have Arteriosclerosis, AFib, Fibromyalgia and genetic kidney damage, so currently I have just one kidney which is kindly supporting me.overall which is a plus but getting the dosage right would help. I am currently using the recommended dose and my suspicion is that it's not enough.I shall definitely recommend it to my clients, I have already benefitted with more benefits to come I am sure.

I am a retired nutritional therapist and have used this product for several years bringing it back from the US in the beginning and buying it online more recently. You have to start very slowly and Dr Carolyn Dean's recommendation is to start with only a 2.5 mg serving and then gradually built it up, so serving size (in this case 96) is not really the way to sell it and it tricks your customers into thinking that they are buying the normal 480 ml bottle. I expected to receive a 480 ml bottle and was very disappointed to receive a small 240 ml bottle. When they sell the normal size bottle they tell you in the heading exactly how much you get but not when you purchase the smaller one. I should have looked carefully at the picture but you don't when you order it fairly regularly.

Why after use I get green stain under the skin of my finger

I’ve been using this product for around 5years now. I initially purchased direct from the shop in Kent but more recently buying from Amazon, for convenience really. I take half a teaspoon in a pint of water in the morning and again late afternoon, it make water taste a bit milky but it’s not awful, sometimes I add it to a pint of Ribena or squash. I noticed a huge difference in my sleeping right from the first time. I too it. Body aches are not as bad and my mood is definitely more even. Highly recommend
