I like the balance and sturdy structure. Easy to use. Safe to stand on. Great buy.

Very hard to adjust. The instructions in the manual aren't clear. I had to search a youtube video to assemble it. Very squeaky and creaky. There are cheaper machines from other companies but I saw this one first . Oh well live and learn.

This product is of good quality, a fair price, and is good for leg exercise. I had one issue with it. It didn't work at all until I installed an approx. 2-inch bolt between the tension adjustment knob and the stepper mechanism to get it to adjust to a reasonable pressure. Now it works great.

Great machine. Instructions are ok. I already knew how to get this machine going out of the box . Instructions could be a lot clearer. My grip is the tension knob does not twist all the way in to get the tension as high as I want. Not sure what to do. I removed it after inserting and reinserted, but there’s still a little bit of gap I’d like to tighten all the way in to get the steps as high as I can . The resistance knob I received is not the exact same as in the listing. I received a round resistance knob rather than a triangle knob. Maybe that might have something to do with the knob not tightening as much as it should? Idk, seller if you can respond please.Overall, pretty easy to use and came with resistance bands which was unexpected. Thank you . This a very pice a equipment. Very easy to used. Very happy with the purchased of this product.

Item did not work properly. Did not track steps and timer would only work for a few seconds and then stop. Did not keep an accurate calorie count either. I must have received a bad machine. Maybe the ones that work are great but I wasn’t going to chance buying another one to find out.

Unpack and go, easy but did not last. About 8 weeks of continuous use and one of the solder joints failed - finally not worth the money. Invest more in better quality if you really intend to use it

The instruction booklet was pretty non-helpful, but after much dinking around with it I was able to get it set up properly. It started off silent, but after 2 months of using it the stress-creaking is increasing and now I'm annoyed with the loud squeakyness of it.... I've tried to spray WD40 on all the joints, but it doesn't help. Even though I don't expect it to be silent, I would have thought, though, that it wouldn't be so loud and sound like it's going to break apart at any time. Note: I'm 135lbs, so I don't know if it would be quieter if someone was lighter or heavier. Either way, my return window has closed but I'm thinking I might want to order some other brand that will be sturdier.
