I originally ordered 2 of these to use as shells for some LED bulbs I've been experimenting with; they were inexpensive enough to consider disposable. But I had to light one up just to see what they could do.... WOW ! Lots of light with an impressive distribution. I have 1 of them in a 10'x12' workshop as a "night light" and I could read a paper in just about any part of the room. They are a little too "warm" for my tastes, color indexes are way too subjective but they are more yellow than white or blue; 2900 maybe, and I shoot for about a 3500. Even the wife likes them so now I need to get a few more for the camper.update: So far these have been a huge upgrade to the original incandescent lights in our RV. Price can't be beat. Only potential drawback is that there isn't a replaceable bulb. If they last half as long as they're rated for that won't be a problem. I have a couple hundred hours on the first one I got to test and it's still going strong. Have purchased 8, might get a few more.Side note: One other comment mentioned TV interference and I have 1, mounted close to the antenna, that does cause interference.

We bought these to replace old lights in our RV. They were easy to install and looked more up to date in our camper. They gave off more light as well.

I have bought two of these over the years to replace the original incandescent bulb lights that burned out in my RV. They're super bright, easy to install and look perfectly stock. They have performed way better than the original lights (one of which was burning through bulbs every few months due to some defect in its design). I highly recommend replacing your old fashioned lights with these as they burn out inevitably.

Installed in our RV sitting area. Is still quite bright even on low.

Ordered one initially for my boat, to replace a fluorescent 2 tube light fixture which died due to the ballast going south. Was so impressed with the results of the new LED Fixture, that I just ordered 3 more to replace all the remaining fluorescent light fixtures on the boat. BTW, the way, the fluorescent lights were cool white and the led light is warmer. The cool white light is more subtle compared to the LED light, however, I think it will be just a matter of getting use to the LED light...... that is one of the main reasons I am replacing all the remaining Fluorescent light fixtures with this new LED Fixture..... besides this LED light provides me with the option of turning on one side or both sides of the fixture. Note: Turning on only one side of the LED Fixture, helps to make the light coming from it, much more subtle. Lastly, all my lights operate of a 12v system ONLY, 120V is not a choice on my boat to operate these lights, so if you plan to use these fixtures with 120V, you might want to do a little research..... since they do not include a ballast. VERY easy to install.

This light uses the exact mount screw pattern as the original dual RV light. It has nine LED's on each side for a total of eighteen LED's. I installed it in my bathroom and it is very bright. Probably a little too bright for a bed room. If I wanted to complain about this light it would be that it has a on/off/on slide switch instead of a rocker switch but I'm not complaining. Looks good installed and with the cool led lights I won't have to be concerned about burned up lenses as with the old incandescent automotive bulbs. I consider this light to be a good value.

Ordered 3 of these to replace Incandescent lighting in my Winnebago Motor Home. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! If you're looking for a whiter light than the incandescent wedge bulbs, this is a great option. I will be ordering 6 more to finish the change-out. They work well with a pulse-duration type dimmer, available also on Amazon from a different vendor. While the LED's are NOT REPLACEABLE, they should last a long time. They are THINNER than the original lighting, and the 3-way switch gives you an option on the light output. I am an Electrical Engineer, these are a great buy.Being LED's, they are polarity sensitive. If they don't work, reverse the 12v + and - wires to the light fixture. I really like them.UPDATE: Ordered and received 6 more to finish the replacement of the incandescent lights in my motor home. I had to wait before placing the order because Amazon was out of stock for a couple of weeks. So far, I am very pleased with the lights, and recommend them to replace any incandescent lights you currently may have. AND the price is right!!!
