IN WIN 309 Addressable RGB Front Panel - Tempered Glass Side Panel - ATX Mid Tower Gaming Computer Chassis Case

I absolutely love this case. The led management software is terrible though. It crashes all the time making it inconvenient to use.

I bought this for my roommate for their birthday to help them build their first custom gaming PC. I’ve built a lot of PCs over the years, but I’ve never encountered one quite as awkward as this one for airflow purposes. With that said though, it still works great and it’s a flashy case to show off and accent all of your RGB components.Pros:- Beautiful case. Colors are bright and vibrant.- Easy cable management- SturdyCons:- Awkward airflow. Top exhaust fans vent sideways into a cubby with the power supply then out another set of holes in the side. If using a triple radiator, part of the case exhaust vents into the power supply. I’ve never actually had cooling issues, and the build runs nice and cool, but it seems weird.- It needs better control software. It supports a handful of premade designs and one custom set of 4 bit maps you can rotate through. The stock ones look nice though.

Never Again!!I bought the In-win 309 case on Nov. 11 for a Christmas present for my son, but the Led was defective. My mid Atx case was a bit awkwardly designed, but enough space for an average builder and box made of solid metal, but the RGB lights never worked. I did order in a rush as I was comparing prices and didn’t realize the fans were not included, just a defective LED panel on a metal box. That was my fault for not reading content description before purchase. It’s December 16 and I’m still stuck with a defective case and no resolution from InWin. Since In-Win is a 3rd party seller, Amazon is having me deal with In-Win directly. In-Win has responded but hasn’t offered any resolution. Their return policy offers them unlimited time to fulfill returns. Buyer Beware!

My case arrived without fans. Everywhere you will look for this case, the Ego fans are included. That includes on the manufacturer's website. They are an integral part of the look of the case and are not purchasable separately in the US. There is one line on the listing that says the fans are not included.It's just outright disgraceful that a manufacturer misleads customers like this. I contacted InWin about this, they have zero sympathy and respect for customers. Thus will be my last InWin product.

Don't be mislead by the website. This listing is just the chassis.

Great case, super cool appearance and great layout for my parts, didn’t come with the Fan that was advertised on the outside of the box

About a month into having this case the front display stopped working from the 11th row down. I reached out to customer service and am now on week 3 of no response. Avoid this case!!

We had a system in this for all of an hour, used the front ports to install a BIOS update, after a couple minutes there was a pop and the front started smoking!Otherwise, a full ATX board is difficult to use with fans, and worse with a radiator at the bottom. Good luck getting the front audio cable strung anywhere but front and center, 6 more inches of length would have made for better cable management.The LEDs looked cool, but only showed Orange, the buttons did not work.
