After Several Months - Seems to be working.
I sprinkle this on my 11 yr old sheppie's food. After a couple months of use, I can say she has perked up a bit. She still has good days and some where she is really, sore, but don't we all?

Strong believer in using glucosamine to keep my joints in good health as I age
I am a 64 year old male and I ride my bike 3 or 4 days a week on average 30 miles per ride. Before using glucosamine my knees would sometimes ache after riding. I started using glucosamine and it reduced those time to become very infrequent and maybe only when I am riding in the mountains. This bulk supplement is a way to significantly reduce the cost. I actually use the container I had from a much more expensive supplement and keep it on the counter so I don’t have to keep the big bag out all the time. I use about 1/3 tsp in my coffee in the morning and I don’t notice any change to the flavor of my coffee. You could add it to a smoothie, sprinkle it on food, or mix it with water I suppose, but I haven’t tried any of those because my one consistent is that I have my coffee 30 - 60 minutes after waking so it is easy to remember.

I can’t recommend this product enough!!!!
I can’t recommend this product enough. My Husband went from a decrepit old man who couldn’t stand all the way up, to feeling amazing. His knees used to hurt all the time, he wore knee braces everyday to work. But after 3/4 days, his pain started subsiding and his movements became more fluent. Last week (after taking it for approximately two weeks), he was able to climb up a cliff in Arizona, without any problem. He was passing our teenagers! Our teenagers, for God’s sake! Thank you!!!!! This powder is a miracle. You gave my husband his life back!!!!!!!

Dogs not a fan of this brand 🤷🏼♀️
I fed Ultra Cruz powder for years to my horses and dogs, no problem. Lost my two Boxers, just my Chiweenie, and retired from horses. New rescue dog who licks steel off her bowl, senior Chiweenie picky. Neither like this in their food. Ordered this as takes longer to get Ultra Cruz. Will see if when it comes in they react the same. Harder to find Sulfate, so much better than Hcl. I take it in capsules so have no idea what it tastes like, but I am going to find out! Know they didn’t make this for dogs, so I just took off one star for my dogs who are now actually leaving food. 😉

Love this brand!
I use many different products from this brand or supplements for my Show dogs. This is one of the products I use for them every day. It sure beats crushing up pills.

The Powder Is Full of Clumps & The Zip-Loc Top Is Unreliable.
I'm very careful to be self-aware, and to listen to my body and its needs. But it makes it a little tougher when I'm trying out different supplements, remedies, and techniques at once. Because of my chronic illness, fatigue, and pain, I usually find myself trying to beat my fibromyalgia symptoms all day long. Non-stop. So far, Bulk Supplements' Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium has not yielded any negative results. In fact, I do think it's helping a little with my motivation and activity levels. My knee pain doesn't seem as bad as it is before I take it. However, I now see what so many other reviewers are talking about. This 250 gram bag sucks. The top closes with a Zip-Loc type closure. But the powder is stuck in the tiny crevices from the very beginning, which makes it difficult to close the bag properly. I've already lost a bunch of the powder due to this issue. Even when I think it's actually closed, the bag somehow is open on one side, where it easily allows powder to fly out. I understand that I can choose to physically switch the powder over to another container. That's not the issue. We are all paying for this product as well as the packaging that holds it. It's all one THING. And we shouldn't have to deal with trying to double bag or move the powder to a seperate container. Be careful when you first cut the top open. There is powder built up ABOVE the actual Zip-Loc line, ready to pour out if you aren't extremely careful and slow. The other issue is the clumpiness of this powder. I often take my supplements straight from the bag, while I wait for my pill-making machine to arrive. This particular supplement tastes very salty, so it's not one of the milder tasting ones. It's not horrible though, so I can handle it with a puckered face and a chaser. However, I can't properly scoop the right amount of powder up because the whole bag contains powder clumps. It takes time trying to break down these clumps, but there are a LOT of them. It's like half powder, half powder clumps, and that does bother me. I don't have this issue with any other supplements from other companies. It would be nice if Bulk Supplements showed the label of each supplement on Amazon. I find myself clicking endlessly on supplements I'm not interested in, just to see what it is. I usually use my phone or tablet to browse through products. It's much simpler for me to deal with a high quality, less expensive company WHC, which makes each label very obvious. It takes a fraction of the time to find what I'm looking for. I really appreciate that this Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium indicates how many teaspoons make up 1000 milligrams. The suggested dose is to take that, a scant 1/4 teaspoon, up to 3 times a day. This instantly makes things a lot easier. I'm not experienced with measuring supplements, nor am I good at math or science. But I'm ill. The last thing I want to do is put in extra work when the company can just provide that information for us. This helps eliminate mistakes and miscalculations. So I must give credit to Bulk Supplements for providing this information on the packaging. I don't doubt that the purity or quality of this supplement is decent. But I do wish that the packaging and the state of the powder reflected that. Overall, the price wasn't exorbitant, and I can still work with this. It still has the potential to help my health and my pain. But if a different company sold this item without the same obvious problems, I'd purchase from them in an instant. Even if their price was slightly higher. It would be worth it to avoid the pitfalls of this particular bag of Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium.
