Nutritious, Delicious, and Versatile. A Must-Try Ancient Grain!
I recently started incorporating ancient grains into my diet, and Bob’s Red Mill Organic Kamut has been an absolute game-changer! The quality is outstanding—each grain is plump, clean, and cooks up beautifully with a rich, slightly nutty flavor and a satisfying chew. I love how versatile Kamut is! I've used it in everything from hearty grain bowls to homemade bread, and it always adds a great texture and depth of flavor. It also makes an excellent substitute for rice or pasta when I want a more nutrient-dense option. Another big plus is its nutritional profile—high in protein, fiber, and essential minerals, it keeps me feeling full and energized throughout the day. I appreciate that Bob’s Red Mill consistently provides organic, non-GMO products I can trust. If you're looking for a delicious and wholesome ancient grain, I highly recommend giving this Kamut a try!

Possibly the Best Tasting Kamut
Love this Kamut! I've tried some from other very reputable companies but this one, to me, has the best flavor. I will be trying Kamut from other companies but this one's going to be hard to beat. The grains were perfectly clean. No Stones, no chaff plant. Just beautiful grains. I love kneeding it into flour and adding it to my bread. I also love grinding it coarsely for a freshly milled Cream of Wheat cereal. It is also great cooked whole and eaten as a hot cereal or added to salads. Would be nice as a whole grain substitute for rice by cooking it with your broth of choice and a pot of butter or a drizzle of good olive oil. It's a great price also!

Wonderful ancient wheat
I ordered this four-pack of Bob’s Red Mill Kamut for milling and baking and I’ve been very pleased with the quality and cleanliness of this product. I have milled and baked it in a number of baking projects both alone and mixed with other wheat berries. I haven’t cooked them whole yet but I look forward to trying them that way as well. I will very likely purchase this product again in the future.

Great addition to white rice
This has become one of my favorite grains to mix with rice. As someone who grew up eating Korean white rice every day, switching to healthier options hasn’t been easy but this Kamut made it much more enjoyable. I mix it with white or brown rice and let it cook together in the rice cooker with a splash of olive oil. The texture is chewy, the flavor is slightly nutty, and it keeps me full longer. It’s packed with nutrition, and I love that it’s organic. I always keep this stocked in my pantry now.

My mistake
I thought this was kamut flour, but it's actually the wheat berries. I kept it because I can grind it to make bread but it's a pain when I could have just had flour. I guess it pays to read the labels more carefully.

Beautiful clean wheat
Lovely wheat. I mix 1 part Kamut with one part hard white and 1 part soft white for a perfect all-purpose blend. It makes a great coating for pork chops and chicken tenders. The taste is great and the grains are beautiful. I believe these grains would flake up for a wonderful all grain cereal.

Good product, good price.
Wow, this is a lot of kamut berries. I like that. I mix a small amount of kamut with my hard red, and hard and soft white berries when I mill flour. It adds that little bit of something to the flavor which is hard to describe.
