So we’ve had this bed for a few years at least. We love the storage, sturdiness and configuration with one major exception… the bed and headboard don’t connect in any way shape or form. So the bed itself SLIDES AROUND QUITE EASILY IF YOU HAVE HARDWOOD OR TILE FLOORS!

We're very glad we bought this. We got the bed too. The install was very easy although I work in construction so this was like Lego to me to be fair. We had a slight problem with the top doors not closing so I contacted the company and their customer service was unbelievably outstanding. It turned out that a couple of the hinges were slightly off. To be fair to them, I had probably installed them too tightly. I backed out the screws a bit and the doors closed perfectly. Definitely use a screwdriver rather than a powertool on this (as the instructions clearly state). They sent me a whole new set of hinges that arrived 3 days later. Everything is perfect now. Shout out to Leonardo in customer service who couldn't have dealt with me better. Awesome job!

This bed and headboard combination is the most interesting bedroom furniture I have ever seen. I ordered it because I was inbound for a small one-bedroom apartment, and needed all the storage space I could get for my clothes. This combo lives up to its promises -- tons of storage space becomes available that would otherwise have been wasted.Before ordering, you should know a few things. I found assembling this bed to be extremely challenging, and I am good at putting IKEA-type furniture together. I was expecting the process to take a few hours, but I ended up having pieces of wood spread out over my living room floor for well over a week. Then you have to confront the usual problems with self-assembled furniture. The design is always tweaked and refined over time, but the directions and the hardware bag are rarely updated to correspond. So you end up trying to assemble a bed with directions that do not align with what you're seeing in real life, you're usually missing critical hardware pieces, and all of those headaches.That being said, the Memomad customer service is AMAZING! They do not write you off after the sale -- they stick with you until everything is assembled and you are 100% satisfied. I was missing some hardware, and filled out a help form on their website. Within 30 minutes I received a response. The parts I need were shipped Federal Express, and Memomad provided me with a tracking number and everything. But that's not all! Memomad continued to follow-up with emails and text messages for make sure I had everything I needed, and that there were no further issues.Here is the bottom line: This bed is a FABULOUS piece of furniture, loaded with practicality, charm, and character. This is real furniture -- not the usual particle board crap. The only downside is that the assembly is tough. A lot of engineering went into the design of all the drawers, shelves, and storage compartments, hence there are lots of pieces. I have no regrets about ordering it, but I would definitely have opted to pay for the "expert assembly" if I could do it all over. But, if you want to put it together yourself and save a few hundred bucks, I say "go for it." Invite a buddy over to help you, turn on the football game, crack a beer, and take your time. It will all come together. Also know that Memomad absolutely has your back if you run into any problems whatsoever. They take pride in their furniture and really care about you being fully satisfied with their products.

I purchased the caramel colored Memomad queen size platform bed a year earlier. It took me another whole year to commit to buy the head board, and I am so glad I purchased this item. I was afraid that the headboard would overcrowd my small bedroom but it did just the opposite. Purchasing this item decluttered my space. I got rid of my nightstands and use the head board space and top shelf in lieu of the headboards. I am so happy with the purchase. The only draw back is that it is not easy to assemble. I had to hire some people to do the assembly

I received the wrong color initialy. Within a few minutes of my first contact to Amazon the seller contacted me. They were outstanding! Quick response and made sure I got my correct product. It only took a few hours to assemble, is well made, and I love all the space.

We bought this to increase the storage in our bedroom and eliminate the wasted space that the standard headboard creates. Beautiful wood, side compartments are perfect to store carry on luggage, or things that you need occasionally. We had a couple of hardware problems, and they were resolved quickly!

More annoying and frustrating to build than an IKEA product; quite time consuming also. Instructions are not always the clearest. Some parts require help of a second person. Just not a good time, the assembly of it.Once it's built though, a nice bed. Really handy to have so much storage in the bed itself especially if you have smaller closets. The pull out shelf works well as a substitute for a nightstand if you only need a place to put down smaller things like your phone. It looks, classier than the IKEA equivalent, and the caramel color matches nicely with hardwood floors etc.The headboard that goes with it is similarly annoying to build, but it has a LOT of storage inside and on top and looks great with the bed. Does take up more space than you might think, but also a great storage solution.

Amazing product, excellent packaging, and a customer service that exceeded all expectations. The bed was easily put together with clear step by step instructions and a very high quality. Definitely recommend!

Metto il massimo perchè l'articolo è veramente ben fatto e molto elegante, il venditore è il top sempre cortese e disponibile in ogni circostanza, unico neo la spedizione che comunque non dipende dal venditore. Le aziende che fanno un servizio di consegna dovrebbero prendere provvedimenti a riguardo, non si paga per avere un servizio a tal giorno e a tale ora e nel giorno stabilito non si presentano ma quello successivo.

Es ist mega Stauraum da, für Kissen, Decken usw. Sommer /Winter - alles bei der Hand. Im Bett liegend, sitzend, ist auf dem oberen Part viel Platz für alles, was man gerne um sich hat beim Chillen. Kleinigkeiten sieht man nicht, da der Rand genug hoch ist. Unsere Tochter liebt es. Alles da, und sieht zudem aufgeräumt aus. Ein wenig ist die Entfernung von Bett zur Wand wegen Steckdosen problematisch. Mann muss sich schon strecken, um das Telefon zu laden über Nacht. Das Bett dazu hat ja die Nachttischplatte zum abstellen. Aber insgesamt- beim nächsten Zimmerausbau nicht ohne dieses Kopfteil. Bestelle ich wieder.

J'ai acheté le lit Memomad XXL quelques semaines au paravent qui, entre nous soit dit, est magnifique par sa conception, sa couleur et sa solidité.Depuis, je bavais littéralement sur la tête de lit qui le complète. J'ai fini par le commander et franchement je suis ravie de mon achat. Un rendu magnifique et du rangement en plus.

Superb quality and unmatched service. Wasnt sure whilst unpacking it but once assembled I cannot fault this product.
