First Watch First Responder Water Helmet - Large/XL - Hi-Vis Yellow

I purchased this for when my team operates in hazardous environments. Because it's SAR, we need high-visibility helmets, so a lot of the military ones are non-options. This one was nice because of the high vis. However, it's to wobbly side-to-side, and the arc rails don't work well when trying to mount lights: it's near impossible to slide the mounts into the rails... on one side, I still haven't been able to get it in. The chin strap is also uncomfortable, IMHO; but that's less of a concern for me than the other issues. It would also be nice if it would have additional mounts on the side and back to affix smaller LED lights (red, green, blue) to help signal to others well behind us where we are, without binding those that are close behind us. But there are only two side rails and one forward mount, so no options for the back or tip. But the overall comfort and stability are the biggest issues for me, personally. I would recommend continuing to look at other options.

I do not like this helmet, it’s to round and does not fit the head, rubbed the front of my head raw, didn’t notice it when I tried it on, then realized it didn’t fit till I was doing swift water training.
