well made. We like the paddles like this with more feel than the fancy spnge paddles. Bought more becase the rest of family was sparring over who could use them.

Intuitively, the more common softer, padded paddles can put more spin on the ball, making them superior to these. Still, you might prefer these. For me, the ball bounces off them better (less force/motion needed) and hits are more controlled. I brought them to my weekly ping pong party, and about half my friends preferred them. It's an inexpensive test, and the flared handles are a good feature.

The paddles are cheaply made, the sticker on side of the paddle isn't really sticky so the sticker peels. Both sides of the paddle have the bumpy pattern. But then again it was 10 bucks for 3 one star balls and two paddles so I can't complain too much. I'm a decent ping pong player who's not too serious about the game so all I needed was paddles to play with. If you're a serious player looking for a fancy paddle this is not it.

Good product

Great affordable ping pong set. Good grip and the paddles are holding up well after a lot of playtime. We just needed something we could grab and go to the local recreation center and now we don't have to borrow their equipment and can use our own balls and paddles.
