Icy cold bliss
I absolutely love this stuff! Went through my first jar so quick I just ordered more. It helps cool the heat from swelling and the icy cold effect distracts me from the initial pain. Feels like a longer lasting ice pack! Drys pretty quick and doesn’t leave a sticky residue behind either. Smells great and doesn’t stain or ruin clothes and blankets. Definitely worth trying

Not a pain relief
I thought it was something that would help my pain. I obviously misread it. It is comforting, and the menthol and the cooling is soothing, but it really doesn’t touch the pain.

Old Time Go To Ointment for Muscle Pain & Strain
This has been a go to item for many years now. It was used by a chiropractor back in the late 80s. We have been using it every since. We used to buy it Wal Mart, but they quit stocking it, so good old Amazon has been our go to for it for some time. We have recommended it many people over the years who also come to love it. Put it on, put some heat on it, and your pains will subside, if is muscle pain. It usually feels good enough that I don't need again until the next overuse of a muscle or strain.
