Good grip even with sweaty hands, and shows no wear after lots of slamming on the gym floor so far, indicating its durability.Do not buy if expecting a “bounce-back ball.” Great for core strengthening exercises. Feels like bigger size, color nice and works well.

Great Ball! No Bounce.
While other medicine balls I have used in the past bounce, this one doesn’t. It makes things like Ball Slams a little difficult, but it is still a great product!
