This tiny little letter opener was ordered out of curiosity I never dreamed it would work so great because of the price It was so cheap but wow it opens about twenty letters a day with no problem. It’s small and super easy to use. Much better than the old knife looking openers. It cuts a razor line along top of envelope with ease. Highly recommend

Works great - for 2 or 3 letters. Then it becomes a total dud. I really liked it - when it worked. I even tried taking it apart and fixing it and bought a second one. The second one was good for 5 or 6 letters. Then same thing. It became a total dud. Doesn't cut anything. It's a shame, but this item is a total piece of garbage

This item works to open letters but it is much smaller than I thought. I'm not sure why it says ceramic on the top of it. It is made of plastic with a blade inside. Perhaps it is my own fault , but I assumed you could set it on a desk and run the letters over it. Unfortunately you have to use both hands; one to hold the opener and one to slide the envelope. It is designed to cut through one side of the envelope and leaves the opposite side in tack, which is nice that it doesn't create a separate piece of paper.

Perfect little letter opener. Small size, very durable and easy to use. Good value. Excellent craftsmanship. Blades are nice and sharp
