Genuine Honda Accessories 08L20-TA1-100 Short Roof Box

From my husband:The box is light and easily handled. The simple assembly is done in a snap. With thoughtful arrangement, quite a bit of cargo can be stashed in the box. The one negative is the latch/lock is locate right next to the CRV's antennae. For a shorter person this means getting a step stool (would be better if it was offset to one side or the other). Very happy with the box as a whole and it looks much better than an after market soft box.

OEM Honda Roof Cargo box accessory. Happy to have purchased the Honda accessory roof cargo box as it is designed specifically for several Honda products as opposed to a one size fits all approach. This means it is easier to install, and has better attaching points. It does take about 45 minutes to get everything lined up and secured on the initial fit, but is much quicker to install once the initial fitment has been established. Shipping was a less than desirable experience as it arrive 1 week later than the expected date when purchased. I had to contact the shipping company to get them to deliver the item as it sat in my home town for 4 days based off the tracking information. It required a signature, and they gave me the run around saying it would be a 6 hour time window, but due to work I only had a very specific time window available when I could take delivery and sign for it. The shipping company did oblige after much resistance, but just barely made the time window by 5 minutes. In summary good product, but the shipping method was subpar compared with traditional, established, common shipping methods available.

Easy to assemble when you have thought about the instructions for a minute or two - seems well built and not flimsy as other products are described.
