Good, effective product.
The difficulty for me was that 2 tablets 3 times per day was too difficult. It's supposed to be taken with food but I eat twice a day, so that was hard. I found I had to nibble something for the morning ones, which s wasn't good. Sometimes, I just took it without food. Otherwise, no issues with the product. Delivery was prompt

Take with plenty of water
I did complete the course as instucted, with so many to take at a time,they require some amounts of water to get down, As for results, I feel somewhat better, knowing i have made an effort , but not rightly sure?
