Squishy Goodness
I have had pretty bad arch pain for about a year and figured I would give these a try. My thinking was that maybe it would help but I was pretty skeptical. I feel most of these things are just scam's made up to garner sales from folks in pain (ok, so I am very skeptical).First thing I noticed - the foot with the problem felt uncomfortable with these at first and my good foot did not. Pretty good sign I had some structural issues so I felt better about getting them. After a week the problem which had been there about a year went away -even after I removed the inserts. So I assumed I healed on my own and it just so happened to coincide with the use of the inserts so I stopped using them. Apparently I am not the sharpest knife in the draw - I just got back from playing tennis a week after stopping the use of them (no chance I could have done that before)with my newly healed feet and my arch is out and hurting.I thought the inserts were expensive - now I realize they are actually under priced for the benefit provided. I am fan of these jelly filled rolly things and want to get another pair. These are squishy goodness. Glorious squishy goodness. Buy them immediately.Inserts are going back in so clearly I need more time with these bad boys but they are clearly made a positive difference very quickly

Product came in LARGE
This will be my 3rd pair of hydrofeet. I love that it's thin and not too squishy like other insoles. However, this came in a LARGE for some reason. There is no indication at all in the description, headline, product description or anywhere that this would be large. I don't have the transport necessary to return this product or exchange it but that's the main reason I gave it 3 stars. Otherwise, this has been a tried and true product.

WELL WORTH IT, ANKLES/KNEES/AND HIPS ALL FEEL BETTER AT THE END OF A 12 HOUR WORK DAY
It took me a couple wears to get acclimated to these things but now these insoles are actually one of my favorites to wear in almost any pair of shoes I have. The gel/liquid contained in these insoles fells awkward at first, it moves around as you walk and the first couple times it almost seemed to mess with my equilibrium. That being said, once I got used to them(it took me three tries total) I actually really like these things and find they give me the best comfort/support overall. I wear these insoles with dress shoes for work(all different styles/brands from Florsheim laceup wingtips to Stacey Adams tassel slip-on loafers), have an average 10-12 hour work day, am on my feet for about half those hours, and walk an average of 2.5-3 miles total between offices/buildings/etc in any given work day. I've found the BEST thing to do with these insoles is actually to get a flat gel with neoprene top insoles, combine the two(put the other insert below hte4 Hydrofeet insole) and your feet will breath easier, feel better, and provide you an overall best functionality. I've actually noticed my ankles, knees(I blew one knee in H.S. and one knee in college playing sports), and hips all feel better at the end of the day when I'm wearing the Hydrofeet insoles. Well worth the money, I've actually ordered a second and third pair if that's any indication.

A complete waste of Money !
I should have returned these. I found them to be impossible to walk when in any of my shoes or boots. It was like walking on a bowl of Jello. Worthless waste of money !

Possibly not for everyone
Normally I work at a desk. However for 5 weeks I am required to stand 8 hours a day and after 15 years of NOT standing and suffering from flat feet and numerous back problems this was one of like 7 types of inserts I tried. Including one of those doctor school 50 dollar machines. Heck I ever tried these in conjunction WITH the doctor scholls hard inserts. I really could have just saved the money. At first I thought it was me getting used to liquid under my feet - however after 4 days I realized the liquid was settling in the incorrect places and leaving portions of my feet with no support when standing in a single place. And then I began to develop the most horrific leg cramps. I couldn't sleep because of the agony. I mean I realize that "duh" I have flat feet I should go to an orthopedic specialist and get the custom inserts made but because of the situation I did not have time.I really don't like just whining about how something did not work, so let me tell you some neutrals and positives also so you can feel informed. In the week I wore them - they did not stink (however I normally don't have a heavy foot odor anyhow) and when I was walking they did seem to offer some level of support. I could feel the stuff moving and stopping the sharp heel pain. I believe if I had the custom hard inserts under them (not the soft ones you get made, the the custom hard inserts) then they would have been much better.Overall though I feel slightly ripped off with the 29.99 price tag for something that actually forced me to seek medical assistance for a muscle relaxer and pain medication to overcome the muscle cramps these caused. Now in the sellers defense - I did contact the seller at all. The product did arrive fast and with good shipping style. And they did fit exactly as expected
