This works well so far, it fits comfortably and I like that it is adjustable so it can be adapted as grip gets stronger. Nicer than the ones I've had in the past, that were not comfortable to grip, and not very strong tension....This being comfortable, and adjustable is good.

It works super well and is easy to adjust, the plastic had a deep gouge in it on the top, but it’s only cosmetic. Still works perfectly fine.

Great quality worth it and affordable. I’ve been using it for two days and already see a bit of improvement. The size fits nice if you have small hands and it’s easy to manage the weight to test your strength.

After having my arm in a cast for six weeks I needed to build my strength. This worked great. I could increase the tension as my strength improved.

The adjustable resistance from 22 to 132 lbs is perfect for gradually increasing difficulty as your grip improves. It’s compact, easy to use, and feels durable—great for both beginners and more advanced users. One minor drawback is that the adjustment dial can be a bit stiff at times, and it might take a little effort to get it set exactly where you want. Also, some padding on the handles would’ve made longer sessions more comfortable. That said, it’s an effective and affordable tool for improving grip, forearm, and hand strength. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their grip training routine!
