used it under the toilet flooring it has given it warmth and soft under foot

Good underlayment
It's good stuff and has a low TOG Wich is around 0.04 and that's good. This something to keep an eye some super expensive underlayments which look fancy with golden or silver surface those have a high TOG Wich mean the space will take longer to warm up and that will cost more energy and money.
