GrainBrain White Whole wheat Flour 5lb

I was surprised how soft and smooth this flour was. The first day I received it I baked a Loaf of bread and it came out delicious.I can really recommend it.

This works wonderful in my recipes. It's hard to find in stores I'm glad I could get it here. Will definitely order again. Came very quickly.

Regardless of the label, It never occurred to me that this could be anything but the whole wheat flour I've used for years. Surprise! I'd never heard of "White Whole Wheat " flour. I'm looking forward to using this product. Something new and different. In reality, I'll probably never know the difference and will be as pleased with bread made with this as I would be with red wheat products. The next week will tell.

I was thrilled to find this product because I only use whole wheat flour. I have baked with it several times and the products have be great! This is the only WW flour that I will use from now on.

I thought this product was the perfect product - it was exactly what I was looking for. However, upon receipt my excitement turned to disappointment. When I opened the package I found it was completely infested with weevils. The item is a health risk and completely unusable. The bag sat in my house today before I opened tonight to use, I hope they did not infest the rest of my house.

Item is listed as all purpose flour ... product shipped was cake flour.Noting wrong with the product, just did not match the photo in the ad.

I had a recipe for WW Bread made with white whole wheat flour that I wanted to try. I couldn't find any in the store so I ordered this brand and I highly recommend it. Great flavor and texture in my bread!
