Great case with a minor quibble
What can I say - if you're looking for a solid 'locking' (more on that later in the review) 2 rifle case, then it's hard to go wrong with this one. I use this to secure my DMR AR15 build (40" long exactly) and my Remington 870 home defense shotty (38" long) and it works flawlessly for both weapons. The padding is nice and thick, outer shell case is solid, and the closing clasps are very beefy - the only complaint I have (and it's minor) - is the (2) locks that are embedded in the closing clasps are not very trust-worthy to secure. There is a lot of key slop and when locked, it doesn't ooze any kind of confidence that these locks would hold; however, there are (2) padlock locations and I threw on a pair of Master locks and my worries went away. It is very hard to find a case like this and at this price point - not everyone can throw a 750lb gun safe in their home and this is a great alternative for keeping weapons secure and safe - and I have no doubts that this would transport firearms safely as well. Please keep in mind - if your rifle/shotty is longer than 40" - this will NOT work - weapons must be shorter than 40" or you would have to cut into the padding which I would not recommend. All-in, glad I purchased and does what I need it to do (safe gun storage and easy transport to the range)

SBS dbl rifle case.... it ROCKS!
Well, I've had this case for a bit now, and it's time to review it. BUY IT! If you need a sturdy, double case then this is the one for you. Yes, there are cheaper out there. But, you will be hard pressed to find one as sturdy and durable. The corner bracings are massive. The latches are solid. The lid is thick, and there is no flex when opening. I can see this lasting a long, long time. I have only used it taking it to the local range, tossing it in the back of my truck, but I really do not see this case being any trouble to fly with... it's that sturdy. One thing I really like, is that it is not the 'pluck' style foam. I would rather have the egg crate style, that this is, so that I'm not locked into one gun fitting in it. Some days I take my shotguns, some days my hunting rifles, somedays my AR. And then I mix and match. Having the pluck style foam, some guns would not fit into the plucked openings very well. And rest your fears... I have not seen any issues with any weapon sliding around inside during travel. A few times I'm had to firmly close the lid/latches, but that tells me it's a tight fit and my weapons will be secure inside. Better than a loose fit and things sliding around going 'bump'. And, it's solid enough to just take one without worry. Time will tell how the case stands up to use, but I do believe it will do just fine. Even the latches seem to be overly well made.

VERY nice case
Surprisingly light-weight for how sturdy it is built. Comes with simple keys to the two outer latches (of four) and has metal loops for your own padlocks further out on the ends. padded corners and over-all heavy duty construction are really impressive and make me think this could take a serious beating. I have put my M&P 15-22 in and am amazed that upon taking some measurements, I could fit four of those in this one case, with room for optics and maybe even some extra magazines! The wheels and tow handle make it movable for even my less than 5ft tall wife, which will be nice when it is loaded full of guns and heavy. I packed in a few guns and shook it around, threw it on the bed, nothing shifted. I think I could pack in just about every gun I own... which I suppose means I need to get another gun... I was looking for a long case to be able to hold a Mosin-Nagant (that I haven't bought yet) and with the 50" internal I think this will do the trick.

For my Mathews Phase 4
Overall, it is a great case. It could use a couple extra inches spread out between the height and width. I use a Spot Hogg Fast Eddie XL sight and I need to drop the dovetail all the way in to fit it in the case. I still had to cut out a groove in the foam to drop the sight housing in. Once it was set, it was snug as a bug. The arrow slots are snug with no slip outs. With the sight housing that I use, I am unable to use all of the slots. I’m sure it would be issue free with other sights. With some small tweaks to customize it to my bow, I give it 5-stars.

Built Like a Tank BUT it's a Tight Fit for Two Rifles
Dear Amazon Shopper, This case is virtually indestructible. I own both this case and a Pelican Storm IM3300; I trust this case over the Pelican for a few reasons. 1 - This case is sturdier than its Pelican counterpart. I have taken both cases to an outdoor range multiple times and have abused the hell out of them in terms of cramming them into a vehicle or dropping them on the ground. The SKB case looks as pristine as the day I bought it; the Pelican case is significantly cosmetically marred, appearing as if a horde of cats used it as a platform on which to engage in battle. This having been said, the Pelican case is styled a little more attractively and none of the contents of either case have come out damaged. 2 - The SKB case has built-in locks. Both cases have ample attach points for additional locks, but the SKB case comes with locks built-in, which gives you peace of mind from the moment it arrives and you place your weapons in it. Additionally, if you do not cut out the foam of your Pelican case, the body tends to bow, making it more difficult to line up locks (which actually reduces the range of locks you can use on the case). Overall, the SKB case has a more secure look, feel, and initial function. 3 - As you may have guessed from the tendency of the Pelican case to bow when overloaded, there is more give in terms of the Pelican case's exterior. If I had to wager on which case was "crush-proof", my money would be on the SKB. In fairness, that's just from eyeballing it, but the SKB case looks to be made from sterner stuff. Both cases come with wheels and a handle, both of which are huge pluses when transporting them any significant distance. In fairness to the IM3300, I feel compelled to mention that it is advertised as "watertight" whereas the SKB is not. Whether or not this is true is not something I have had occasion to test. However, if you plan on taking your case with you when night-fishing, whether or not the case is watertight might be an important factor for you to consider. It is also worthy of note that if you do cut the foam in your Pelican case, I would trust your rifles to fit more snugly, your optics to hold zero better, and the bowing problem would be resolved. However, this can be a MASSIVE pain and even with cutouts the Pelican would not offer quite as much room as the SKB (although see below). Now comes my major gripe with this SKB case: Calling it a "double-rifle" case is pushing it. I have used mine to both store and transport an FS2000 and PS90 simultaneously. For those of you who are familiar with these weapons, they are VERY compact. The case accomodates them, attached optics, and some spare mags HANDILY, but there's a rub; I have to situate them such that neither is over the other. That is to say if I put the PS90 on the left side of the bottom level of the case, I need to put the FS2000 on the right side of the top level or I would need to sit on the case to close it. If you're looking to store two beefy guns in this case, you might have a bit of an issue squeezing them in, or if you can, their zero may be thrown off due to the pressure on the optics. However, if you are looking to store something like two long bolt-guns, you might have an easier time of it (assuming you minimize the overlap as much as possible). The bottom line is that this case is spacious, secure, and has the durability of a tank. It would be a challenge to break this case if you tried. At $200 it's priced in the range of a few worthy competing products, but if this is your first hard storage/transport case and you're not looking to make cutouts for your weapons or take the case fishing, the SKB is hands-down the way to go.

Solid bow case. Purchased 9/4/2024
Bow case has cutouts for all necessary equipment. Bow is a Matthews Switchback XT. Length of bow 35". Width of bow 13.5". Width of bow just barely fits. Arrow compartment is a bit tight, but works. Placement of velcro straps is a bit off, but was able to use 2 out of the three. Exterior of case is solid. 6 padlock placements. Received within 2 days.

Sizing
Case is well made but the dimensions are too small. You basically have to remove everything off your bow in order to make it fit. I shoot Prime Nexus with a Spot Hogg. I was able to cut the foam out around the sight to make it fit the width…barely. However the depth is too short if I wanted to store arrows in the case. I guess it’s good for traveling but if you wanted to use this case as your everyday case you’d end up spending half your time disassembling the bow and putting it back together.

Great case, as advertised
So far I've only put one rifle into the case and it has worked just fine. There are 4 latches for the case. 2 latches have integrated locks; the included keys fit only in one direction. Lock operation feels smooth when turning the key without unnecessary friction. The integrated locks are small but don't feel cheap to me, they seem integrated into the latch very well. There are also two small latch-loops for 2 small hard locks if additional security is desired. The exterior of the case is rugged as advertised and has wheels for easy transport. I have no complaints about the sturdiness of the case. The handle for hand-carry seems sturdy enough and I would use it for short distances to a car. The interior of the case is sufficiently padded with pelican foam, with a more dense foam lining the edges. For the price I paid I can't complain.
